Rude is an understment. Dr. Hollander AND the secretary. Terrible how they treat people.

He’s extremely rude and so is his secretary. If you want to be treated like a number rather than a human, go see him and his secretary. She is actually so much worse than he is.

My mom passed away unexpectedly a couple of weeks ago. I have been waiting for her PCP to reach out. She was in touch when Mom was in the hospital and promised to follow up. Never heard another word. Dr Hollander, who my mom saw ONCE, called me today to express his sympathies. I was blown away. This doctor is obviously caring and kind. He is also a great neurologist who knows his subject very well. As a nurse, I recommend him, without hesitation. My mom passed away unexpectedly a couple of weeks ago. Very patient and thorough. Helps you understand the process and is willing to explain the "why" behind what he's doing.
