She jumped to conclusions about my symptoms regarding mental illness and did not give me time to explain myself. When I had told her I felt like she was accusing me of things I didn't feel were true to myself, she did not appear apologetic and continued with my check-up as if nothing happened. She then said the visit would charge more because we "deeply discussed" issues around those particular symptoms.

We just recently had an annual exam. I booked it with Dr. Shea because we feel like we can trust her. She is professional, pays attention to every single detail, open to any questions and discussions. She is very friendly and our son likes her.

My children have been seeing Dr. Shea for over 7 years. She is a great doctor , very friendly and they actually like going to see her. My children feel very comfortable talking to her ( my children just turned teenagers) She is very thorough and always make sure she has our best interests at heart. She is a wonderful doctor and I would recommend seeing her !

So we like her, but unfortunately she is only there two days a week and we have been very unhappy with the other doctors we have seen for sick visits. We will be switching practices, it doesn't matter how good your pediatrician is if she's not on call 24/7 and those that are are not good.

Dr shea wonderful and excellent Doctore. my kids feel comfortable with her, she always give write medicine and write answers. I was today with my son Adam for his appointment she was so helpful she give a time and she discussed everything with us. just I want to thank her for great service she always does.

She wrongly diagnosed our newborn in the hospital with a potential blockage and was combative when we questioned her on her diagnosis. Another pediatrician came in shortly after on their rounds and called Sr. Shae's assertions "ridiculous".

Dr. Shea is wonderful! She cares a lot about her little patients, she is very knowledgeable and kind. We had great experience with our newborn baby as her patient. All diagnoses and treatments were correct and helpful!

After our first child was born, we looked high and low for a pediatrician we could see our child grow up with. After three failed visits to various doctors in Mass General and other places, we finally found Dr. Shea. She is not only an excellent Pediatrician, she is also a gentle, loving human being who clearly loves what she does and treats each patient with the same gentility and love that you'd give your own child. She is also very patient and compassionate and knows exactly how to handle first time parents who worry about everything! She is definitely the best out there and exceptional at what she does.
