One of the most all-around brilliant medical care providers I've ever encountered. He is "the best in the world" at his craft, and that is an absolute statement and not hyperbole. Very down to earth and easy to relate to, and a fantastic practitioner. Often runs behind schedule, but for the best of reasons -- he spends as much time as necessary with each patient, and when it's your turn, you'll realize quickly that the wait has been very worthwhile.
Dr. Guyton's years of experience clearly shows in his methods and practices . He helped me to understand the surgical process, the procedures he specifically employs and the odds of a favorable outcome in treating the surgery-induced strabismus caused by others. I couldn't provide a higher recommendation.
He left me with poor results! Find someone else!!!!

Awesome! His uncle actually operated on me three times during the early 1960's at Henry Ford Hospital, I was unaware of this and David recognized his work just by looking into my eyes!!! Thanks to the Guyton family (generations of specialized doctors & researchers), I now fly airplanes!!! I have also sent other patients to David.
