By far best Primary Care Physician I have ever had. Her staff is fabulous and they all care as much as Dr. Frankel does. I am very happy to have found Dr. Frankel. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Frankel and her crew are wonderful! I wish all healthcare were like this! I don't feel like just another patient. She really takes time to know everything and listens to me. I know MDVIP is pricey, but it's worth it.

Dr. Frankel was my physician before she joined MDVIP. Her level of care has not changed but gotten stronger under the processes of MDVIP. She and her staff are wonderful people who really care about their patients. I can talk to Dr. Frankel about any health issue.

Dr. Frankel is a fabulous doctor. She takes time to listen to concerns and come up with a plan. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful. I am always able to get through on the phone, and it is with ease to get appointments. Medication is always called into pharmacy in a timely fashion. I have been seeing Dr. Frankel for more than a decade. She is the most thorough, dedicated, caring, knowledgeable doctor I have ever known. She understand and treats the whole person. She listens to you. Her staff, Jody and Alisa are equally amazing at taking caring of Dr Frankel’s patients. They are the best at what they do. During my recent health event Dr. Trina Frankel has been an angel in waiting. I have been able to call her and text her at almost any hour of the day and night, receiving an answer within minutes. She has been caring, attentive, concerned, and if I could think of other adjectives to describe her actions in the space provided I would. I definitely would not recommend Dr. Balowitz. Dr. Trina Frankel, on the other hand, is a great doctor. She left that practice - probably because of Balowitz work ethic. Dr. Balowitz is money hungry, and doesn’t care about patient care. She misdiagnosed me, then had me come in for a second visit just to give me a referral which I didn’t need her to do. I had a PP0 and could go see any specialist I wanted to on my own. Then She sent me a bill for $140 for that second visit that my insurance Company didn’t cover because she did nothing for me except give me a referral to a specialist. I could have done that on my own. It was an unnecessary $140 two minute visit. While I was in communication with her office trying to resolve the bill, she turned my bill over to a collection agency. That lacks any integrity. I definitely would not recommend Dr. Balowitz. Dr. Trina Frankel, on the other hand, is a great doctor. She left that practice - probably because of Balowitz work ethic. Amazing doctor! Trina Frankel is an amazing listener, communicator, and doctor. The care I've gotten at her office is better than I've gotten anywhere else and her staff is amazing.

It runs both ways: trusting and trustworthy, which makes it a partnership. Went through a few internists before I found her; and have been with her for close to seven years through a lot of drama and unusual complications. She does not elevate situations to panic nor allows things to fester. Excellent manor, responsive, very knowledgeable, and what she doesn't know she investigates. She acts voluntarily as an advocate with specialists and radiologists who are less than forthcoming. Her being part of MDVIP has not made her a better doctor but has made her a little more accessible and the change in staff is a huge improvement. Dr. Frankel is the doctor I spent year searching for. Not only does she listen, but she offers suggestions beyond medicine. She is thorough in her exams and goes above and beyond to recommend specialist that she knows are as attentive as her. She will take emergency calls on the weekends and can schedule visits for illnesses quickly. Most of her staff is very friendly. Overall I enjoy my visits with her and actually look forward to going to the doctor, something I use to dread.

Very difficult to get an appointment (over a month wait) Office staff do not return phone calls. Very disorganized practice.

I've followed her from Owings Mills to Joppa and now to St. Joseph's hospital. She''s a wonderful doctor. Always takes time to ask and answer questions. Very kind and caring.

Dr.Trina Frankel is the most educated and professional doctor that you can have in her field. She is very attentive and show great concern about your health issues. Her follow-up time is impeccable. She shows empathy to her patients when need but can also be stern on health that would help with the patients quality of health care. She is the best out there. Note she also will engage you in current events should the topic come up. I just think she is the best and her bedside manners top no other.
