Dr. Hansen is very thorough and takes time to listen. The support staff have always been professional.

I was a patient of Dr. Hansen’s when I was teenager into my early twenties. I had acute asthma and I couldn’t afford the preventative medicine that were needed. However, in his professional, and personable, way he would have sample inhalers and other needed medicine waiting with the Secretary for me to pick up. Dr. Hansen is very knowledgeable and kind. I have never felt rushed and he is very thorough.

I have gone through many doctors through hospitals..specialists etc and I have never ever had a doctor as smart and thoughtful as Dr.David Hansen. This man will always take his time with his patients ..during medical visits he goes above and beyond to ensure you go home with the best medical treatment he can offer which is outstanding care . This guy is VERY intelligent. I have told him he is the best doctor I have ever had. When your not rich usually doctors like him are no where in sight and even then the medical treatment is half done..yet with Dr.Hansen he goes out of his way to ensure his patients are being well taken care of,are healthy and feel comfortable/safe etc in and out of the office setting. .he treats all his patients equally and does not discriminate as every doctor should but very often we see patients getting medical care that reflects their income. His nurses and himself are always on top of their patient's (ALL of us)medical care 365 days a year. I honestly think he is one of the smartest Drs that I have ever met and combining that with how humane,kind, patient he is..not to mention the A grade level of care youll recieve as one of his patients regardless of who you are or where you come from makes this man more than a gem hes a 5 star doctor for sure. On every website with reviews almost all of them are 5 stars his average is an outstanding 4.8 on webmd and that has many reviews. Almost all of his reviews were 5 stars.. I see on here a person tried rating him 3 stars because the Dr isnt accepting new patients..that makes no sense if the guy has never even seen dr david hansen.. And the reviewer states even he never even got an appt with Dr let alone had he ever seen him .In reality,if he was calling to become a new patient that means he was also speaking with 10 or 15 other doctors who share the same office as him and the place is also a walk in clinic so I wonder if he reviewed every other doctor working at the clinic. Its almost even hard to believe the operators would have made him wait at all except for a call back on behalf of him wanting to be seen and at that point their office will have designated employee search through system to find a dr accepting new patients.I have called that office hundreds of times and ive NEVER waited that long for any one to talk to me and the operators will have a nurse or someone like an admission employee or whatever designated person you need to talk to for your issue call you back. You never just wait on the line. I can't speak for every one but when I call the office even for the stupidest reasons(thinking back..im a person with anxiety) his nurse calls me back within the hour and even the operators have so many times directly walked from desk to nurse station and handed my nurse a note or verbally told her i was on the phone &why like i was sick or needed a refill on meds ..a lot of times the nurse immediately addressed the issues other times i was told she was on the phone or was swamped with other paperwork..all while busy seeing patients yet even at her most busy the nurse will go talk to Dr and get on phone with you to patiently see what's going on and go over next course of action. So I just really doubt anyones waited two hours when this same office has called me back within ten to 60 minutes on days such as dec 23rd..july 3rd..day before Thanksgiving..days that my scripts were gonna run over on holidays especially holiday weekends ..like I've said in my expierence I have received the utmost level of medical care with Dr. Hansen. I have never been so confident in a Dr before and I actually feel at ease knowing that if some thing ever happens to me I will be in more than good hands ..I will be in the very best of hands. With all that being said I highly reccomend and tell you your lucky to have this dr..everyone deserves good medical treatment and as I said he goes above and beyond that.Thank you to Dr. David L. Hansen and to his nurses and staff for your hard hard work and devotion to my well being /medical treatment! I have had dr Hansen my whole life and I wouldnt have it any other way. Most doctors now days are there to get a check but Dr. Hansen is truly one of the few that GENUINELY care for you as a person. I love my Dr and have no clue what I'll do when he retires.

Gentle, easy going manner. Very knowledgeable. Willing and fully capable to do minor office procedures in his office that would not be done by younger, lesser skilled. Follows all protocol for safety procures.

Would have been nice if there was a way to know hes not accepting new patients without staying on hold for half an hour first. Waste of my time.

Have had Dr. Hansen my whole life other than when I moved to wv. Both my parents also use him and NEVER had a complaint about him. The 1 star he got must've been a junkie trying to get narcotics SMH

I have numerous medical conditions. Dr Hansen has always clearly explained any treatments he recommends. He is open to ideas that I present and carefully considers them. I feel very confident in his diagnoses and appreciate his kind, gentle and unhurried manner. His staff is friendly. efficient, and good to talk to.
