I waited until I was fifty to fix the bump on my nose and downturned tip. While I wish I would have done it sooner, I could not be happier with Dr Hecht’s work. I love my new nose - so natural and just perfect. I was referred to Dr. Hecht by three different people who I trust, and they were right. I am so grateful for his attention to detail ( he is known for this) and his ability to create the right nose for my face. Glad I trusted his expertise. I also really liked his staff. I would text them with post surgery questions and they were really nice, patient and so responsive.

After multiple consultations for my rhinoplasty, I finally reached Dr. Hecht's practice. I was referred to him by another otolaryngologist that is no longer performing surgery, and after meeting him, I immediately booked my procedure. Dr. Hecht and his staff were incredibly thorough in what the procedure would entail as well as managing my expectations. There was virtually no pain associated with my surgery and recovery, and Dr. Hecht's staff was always available for any questions I had. I absolutely LOVE my nose now and couldn't be happier with the results. This was my first experience with plastic surgery, and with Dr. Hecht's knowledge and experience specializing in facial surgery, I would recommend him to anyone I know!

Dr. Hecht is AWESOME. I had a rhinoplasty done 10 years ago and he did a beautiful job. As I’ve gotten older, my nose has continued to grow and I’ve had it accidentally hit once or twice. I went in to get a liquid rhinoplasty and he was able to make it look so straight and even and gorgeous. He is magic with a needle. I also got lip injections done and oh are they GORGEOUS. It’s so nice having pretty, full lips that are evenly proportioned to each other and to my face. I’ve always been afraid of lip fillers because I didn’t want to look unnatural, but Dr. Hecht was able to make them beautiful and full and even but just as if I was born with it. The staff is amazing too. Very kind and friendly and easy to work with. My technician was so personable and conversational. Our 17-year old daughter had rhinoplasty in December to address a severely deviated septum. Dr. Hecht's work was immaculate, and his and his staff's personal engagement in the procedure and my daughter's reconstructive and healing process was both heartwarming and clinically reassuring. I was surprised to have spent well over $11,000 for a revision rhinoplasty with poor outcomes as the result. This rhinoplasty was nowhere near what was explained to me what to expect. Everything I asked for was the opposite. After the cast was off, I had a droopy and bulbous nose that pretty much looked the same as before the rhinoplasty! I am extremely disappointed and would not recommended this doctor for women who are over 35 years-old. I notice quite a difference depending on how old his female patients are with their end results. If you’re under 35 years-old and as sharp as a marble he will give you your dream nose at a low cost! If you’re over 35 years of age and well educated, Dr. Hecht will give you mediocre results and you will pay a hefty fee for the not great end result! As a busy well educated and professional female, I highly recommend to do lots of research before wasting a lot of precious post-op down time, and take your money elsewhere! Dr. Hecht is AMAZING! I was always so insecure about my nose. My friend referred me to Dr. Hecht and I am so happy she did! I am almost 6 months post op, and my nose gets better every day. Little to no pain in the recovery process and the results are even better than what I hoped for!

I had a rhinoplasty done and the results were even better than expected! A way easier surgery than I had expected too! Was able to get back to my normal routine fairly quickly!

WOW. If you are looking to get a rhinoplasty, then you have come to the best place in AZ. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff, the results and my overall experience. The staff were SO helpful and available whenever I had any doubts or questions. They educated me on what to expect before the surgery so that I felt confident and calm going into it (this is the only surgery I’ve ever had, so naturally I was nervous). If you are looking to get a rhinoplasty, Dr. Hecht is the surgeon to go to. He specializes in facial plastic surgery, so he is very skilled. He did an amazing job on my nose! When I came in for the consult, I had an unrealistic picture in my head of what I wanted my nose to be. At my consult, he showed me that in order to achieve a smaller nose and more symmetrical face, I needed a chin enhancement as well, and I couldn't be happier with how my nose and chin turned out. Dr. Hecht did my rhinoplasty surgery last week, and I cannot express how happy I am with the results. He fixed my nasal hump, droopy and bulbous tip, and deviated septum. Where to start to explain how AWESOME Dr. Hecht and his staff are.... First off, my nose was more messed up than I thought. I always knew two things.... it was very crooked and very hard to breathe out of one side. I am a country singer. For any of my fellow vocalists, your concerns may be the same as mine were. What I will say is that my result was very positive and my voice was unharmed. Upon my first meeting with Dr. Hecht and his staff, everyone was very positive and very helpful! After consulting with Dr. Hecht, he suggested a lower facial lift which he performed on me on October 29, 2018. I have been very pleased with the results of the procedure and appreciate the follow up care both he and his staff have provided to me. I would heartily recommend him to anyone seeking his type of expertise, as he provided excellent care while helping me achieve the type of natural looking results I was seeking.

I fractured my nose when I was 14 years old, I didn't realize how that would affect my overall health many years later. When I started having a constant sore, with sensitive bleeding in my nose. Fed up, I was finally referred to Dr. Hecht. He diagnosed my issue, and made my nose not only functional after 41 years of issues and poor breathing, but made it look pretty too! I love my results and appreciate his care, skill and staff, they're amazing and made the whole process so simple!

A-one office staff! Doctor lacks personality and eye contact but I was told that before I met him. Am not 100% satisfied with my rhinoplasty. One side is beautifully contoured but the other appears to have too much cartilage remaining. I’m only 8 weeks out but I doubt it will change enough. The tip is also a little crooked. I’m surprised to realize that after my appointment at less than 4 weeks I wouldn’t see him again. Unfortunately every time I look in the mirror, I see the mistakes.

Dr. Hecht is a master at what he does. I went in for a very difficult revision rhinoplasty case. He explained very directly what could be achieved and how this could be achieved. He did not over promise or sugar coat any detail. However, the results definitely blew me away! He delivered 110% and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Hecht is so meticulous in every step of his work. No bruising or pain. I literally took 2 Tylenol the day after. On top of this, he's so sweet, humble, and down-to-earth.

I had skin cancer removed from my nose and was left with a big wound. Dr. Hecht is a perfectionist. His work was stellar. My wife has had several procedures for her stomach after childbirth done by a different plastic surgeon. There is no comparison between Dr. Hecht and her surgeon. If you are looking for opulent waiting rooms and a spa like feel, that’s not Dr. Hecht. If you want the best result without a bunch of phony support staff, then he’s your guide. Just remember still waters run deep

I came to see him from Colorado and his staff were just rude. I came back for a post op appointment To get my rhinoplasty looked at and always had excuses every time to get me in. Not to mention he never communicated with me as to what my expectations were. This was something I always wanted and now I have to live with this for the rest of my life.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hecht for several years and I feel very lucky to be under his care. His staff is simply incredible, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The entire team worked around my schedule to book a blepharoplasty surgery (upper eyelids), which was done just 6 weeks ago; and I’m very happy with the results! I look now much younger, rested and natural. I’m a doctor myself and have seen many various postoperative situations, so I was very realistic about the procedure and recovery expectations. As far as the actual surgery, it was completed at Dr. Hecht’s office with local anesthesia only… it was truly painless and quick! Amazing and very positive experience! I can recommend Dr. David A. Hecht very highly. He does beautiful work. I am extremely pleased with the results of my neck and lower face lift. I had an easy and quick recovery. He made me feel very comfortable going into the procedure. He is very knowledgeable in his practice knowing exactly what needs to be done to accomplish the perfect results. I really do look as good as wedding pictures (25 years ago ) I would definitely see him again for any future procedures.

I spent some time looking at doctors for my rhinoplasty. Most seemed to be business men just looking for business, but Dr. Hecht was super direct and to the point. Everything was easy as 1,2,3. I was in his office for a consult and had a new beautiful nose within a month. Hardly any pain or any discomfort. His staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I was even able to get in contact with him after his office hours when I had a concern. I love my new nose, thank you Dr Hecht!

I had a complicated revision rhinoplasty/septoplasty and Dr. Hecht did a great job. It was not an easy surgery, but Dr. Hecht showed great attention to detail and I came out looking like a million bucks! Dr. Hecht is highly skilled. His office did my consultation and surgery, and handled my insurance issues on very short notice. My surgery was scheduled a week from the day I first called, while other doctors had turned me away. Highly recommend Dr. Hecht and his office!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hecht for several years and I feel very lucky to be under his care. His staff is simply incredible, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The entire team worked around my schedule to book a blepharoplasty surgery (upper eyelids), which was done just 6 weeks ago; and I’m very happy with the results! I was out socializing 3 days later and back at work the following week ! AMAZING

I had a deviated septum could not breathe and my nose was crooked and Dr. Hecht fixed my nose so that I could breathe and I also got a rhinoplasty and he made my nose so much better and I was able to breathe perfectly. The surgery went very well I had no pain at all or bruising I didn't even need to take pain killers. The staff and Dr. Hecht are very nice and great. I recommend this Surgeon 100% he is truely the best at what he does. Dr. Hecht did an amazing job on my cosmetic rhinoplasty! I was always self conscious of my profile in photographs because of a slight hump that made my nose look a little downturned and flat. He recommended a small tip graft as well. I had my surgery on a Tuesday and I was back at work the following Monday. I had zero bruising-just slightly yellow under one eye. The first couple days are pretty rough because you can't breathe through your nose, but other than that it's tolerable, more fatigue than anything. I also scar very easily and was expecting my scar to not heal very well, but it's virtually undetectable. I am super happy with the results. He really could not have done a better job! Dr. Hecht is a wonderful surgeon and my rhinoplasty turned out amazing.
