I’m able to schedule an appointment readily. My allergies are not being controlled even with shots and meds. I don’t have any major complications that contribute to my allergies not being managed so that I maybe able to breathe easily and not have drainage and coughing. SMH

Dr Jassir is friendly and skillful. His service is appreciated.( An area that could use some tweaking would be the front desk. It was very difficult getting an appointment because no one answers the phone calls. This is unprofessional and can also bring lots of financial lost to this practice.)

Daughter went in, looked up her nose from a distance with a flashlight and charged her for surgery and office visit for over $700. Ridiculous. Didn't talk to her about the issue. Nurse had to go back to him.

My first visit with Dr. Jassir went well, but my second visit was an absolute mess. He increased the dosage of a common medication, but, it took 8 days for his staff to order the prescription. It took 2 unreturned phone calls and a personal visit to his office to get the presciption ordered. He also ordered a test but his staff failed to tell me that I needed bloodwork prior to the test, or inform me where to go for the test. If Dr. Jassir (or anyone else in that office) was the only ENT doctor in Florida, I would travel to Georgia for my next appointment.

Not worth it at all, spent more time filling out the paperwork than the time the doctor granted me. He didnt even listen to me, I literally could not breathe, I was not sleeping because of it and had a huge headache. He just told me to set an appointment to get allergy test done, once in the reception, the very kind lady told me that somebody would call me to set up the appointment and that I could go home now. I was surprised and I had to tell her if she could ask the doctor if he was going to prescribe something that would help me get through until I had those test done. She asked the assitant, she went inside I guess to ask him and came out just to tell me go to go to the pharmacy the next day. Once in the pharmacy they inform me that the insurance did not process the prescription as the medicine was one I was already taking because my primary doctor prescribed to me so it could help me until I got the appointment with the ENT specialist. Guess what! Dr. Jassir didnt even read my medical history because he prescribed the exact same thing without noticing that I was already on that medication and my simptoms were all still there. By the way, nobody has called mt to set the allergy appointmet, of course I am not going bak to his practice. I have been a patient of Dr.David Jassir for 16 years, and I highly recommend him. I travel extensively, and see the best doctors in LA and New York. In my opinion he is the best in his field. He is so compassionate and truly cares about his patients needs. I cannot say enough great things about him and his staff.

First time even seeing an ENT and not sure what to expect. I had been twice to an urgent care and once to emergency room for ay in my right ear. I had been prescribed 3 antibiotics with no relief. After being treated by Dr. Jassir my pain resolved within hours. Nice office and setup as well.

Dr. Jassir was incredibly helpful and patient. He was my 3rd opinion. I felt that the other physicians were quick to order test and recommend surgery. I was able to manage my problem with some medication and after 9 months am well.

What a pleasant visit. Since moving to South Florida I have struggled to get good service especially with doctors. Dr Jassir was great, his office staff is friendly, and office is a nice atmosphere.

I have seen Dr. Jassir 3 times for various issues the latest a ruptured artery in my nose. Dr Jassir was amazing and fit me into his already packed schedule. His bedside manner was excellent, he was reassuring and calming, making certain that my anxiety level came down. In 5 minutes he cauterized the bleed and I felt no pain during the process. Dr. Jassir is a Godsend. I have recommended him over and over to friends and family and I will not see any other ENT.

Always a pleasure to be seen in this office. The office is clean and well maintained. They follow CDC recommendations!! The staff is always respectful and helpful. Dr Jassir is also very professional and always engaging. I always feel like I walk out of the office with a good plan and treatment.

Routine appointment turned into $150.00 co pay Dr. Jessie must make good money considering he recommends a 2 second procedure called a "nasal endoscopy" just to check. Based past experience I always ask if something is covered under insurance because I can’t afford surprises. The staff told me it will be $82.00 out of pocket I agreed and received the bill $150.00. I tried to call and speak to office manager Rose 5 times now and she will not even acknowledge by at calling me back after several weeks and getting collection notices. EMT associates have displayed unprofessionalism and inconsideration for their patients. I don’t care how great the doctor is, when his staff falls short of professionalism. Looking at prior reviews I noticed the same complaints about this churning 2 second procedure not covered by insurance. Patients Beware!!!!

Got me in the same day which is rare for a specialist. The staff and office setting were great. Dr Jassir was very friendly and was also able to help me with the dizziness I had for over a month.

During the pandemic it was difficult to see any doctor live. I called Dr Jassir's office and I was pleased to be able to see him the same day. I felt really comfortable with the doctor and staff. He explained everything well and answered all my questions. It was the 3rd doctor I visited before I finally had my issue resolved.

I should have started wity my gut feeling when I tried to make an an appointment! That was a nightmare. Waiting in que 8 and 7 and 2 three different calls to then get a voice mail. It took a few days for them to call back. This was during business hours. The excuse was problems with the phone system??? I saw Dr Jassir. I am a friendly person. He was cold and didn't listen. His treatment was fast and blurted out things it could be so quick. I am extremely medically knowledgeable and didn't even catch what he said. He was in the room 5 minutes. He cut me off when I was talking about my history and current medical conditions. He sprayed the anesthesia in my nose 15 minutes before the nurse came in for me to sign the release. I mentioned it to her. My progress notes which were ready within 5 minutes after my appointment?? Super strange.. usually it is done careful and thorough. I took them since I need them for my other Specialists. I read them in the car before I left. They were wrong. I spent 15 minutes filling out my new patient in take and a lot of important medical diagnoses were not on there. My vitals were on there, and I didn't even have my vitals checked. I immediately went back in and let them know. I told them how important it was that my Vitals be right since I am seeing a Cardiologist and Nephrologist. They were then taken and adjusted in pen for me with her initials. Obviously the one going to my primary will be wrong since it wasn't adjusted in the computer and re printed. She was apologetic and nice and I told her I didn't think he was good. Of course she defended him. No one but he and I were in the room when I was scoped. He was un proffessional and treated me like "oh just another patient". I will make sure my Primary and all my other Dr's know not to recommend him. I was a patient of Dr Jassir for over 3 years. I feel that every time he did things just to be able to charge and make money, not because he was concerned about my health. He even made a nasal endoscopy and never let me know in advance that I would have to pay $220, because it wasn't part of my regular office visit copay. After 3 years he didn't helped me with my issue. I did 3 years of allergy treatment and when I went to see him with an asthma episode, he didn't treat it he should and it got worst. I even call his office to ask if the Dr could see me before the following appointment because I was felling worst, and they told me NO, that I needed to wait one more week because that was what the Dr wrote in his notes. I've called several times no one picked up the phone. I was on hold for 30 min witch made me late for my appointment . ..i got there I signed in and I was called 2 people after me. They all had given a lengthy paper work although they came in after me. 45 minutes later I get called to find out I can't see the doctor with out my Id witch I lost and are waiting for my new one. So after all I didn't get to see the doctor. Needless to say I never got a confirmation call from the office requesting id with visit. I will not return. They need to retrain their staff. I agree with a previous review that I found this visit with Dr Jassir to be a waste of time. My daughter is 7 years old and after the follow up visit explains he can’t do allergy testing below the age of 12. He basically wasted his time and mine when he very easily could have explained from the initial visit that he doesn’t test kids under 12. He may be better for an older patient but if you have a child under the age of 12 don’t waste your time.

Dr. Jassir was with my husband for 2 minutes, didn't even check him out. What a waste of money.

Don't wast your time, no check up, he took no time on me nor on my daughter- waist of time and money! Staff was extremely slow! Pure money making- sorry but twice? I was already disappointed, worst Doctor I've ever seen- doesn't even deserve one star!

Dr Jassir is very courteous and efficient. He cares about his patient and he treats you very respectfully. His staff is also very dedicated and pleasant. From the receptionist to the rest of the staff. Professional and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Jassir

From the staff to the doctor my experience at Dr. Jassir's office was very pleasant. He was able to determine my medical issue immediately and pointed me in the right direction. I don't know why he's receiving such negative feedback, i guess people just expect too much or expect to be treated like royalty.

Would not recommend After spending 45 mins in the back room dr Jassir only spent maybe 10 minutes on my problem. Wast of time!!!
