Awesome staff! So attentive. Truly a superior practice. We had an urgent situation and without question, told us to “come now” and we’ll work out the details later! You can’t ask more of anyone!

Very unprofessional staff. The lab technicians don’t know how much blood to be taken for certain tests. What kind of service is this? Every time you call the office there is different answer to your problem. I’m surprised to see the level of unprofessional behavior of the staff working in the doctor’s office. My Ferritin level was high, that’s the reason I went to the specialist. I had an appointment in November. Met the doctor and in the lab there, they took the blood sample for some special test. The review appointment was after about 3 weeks on Dec 3rd. Got a call before that to confirm the appointment, I said yes and was there on time on 3rd. To my surprise, the front desk staff told me after 10 mins there that the reports are not ready yet, so have to make another appointment to see the doctor. They should have checked that before I was there…. But that’s not the end of the story, it’s just the beginning. I made another appointment for Jan 3rd. Now before going there I tried to call them to see if they are ready for me, guess what after calling three times I came to know They can not locate my blood sample. So no results. But still they didn’t care to inform me. When I asked now what, then they said you have to come again to give the blood. In the meantime my insurance changed, so I was waiting for that. Then after a week I called again to see what’s going on and when can I come for blood work and if they accept my new insurance. Another new thing….. they said the sample is not lost but the blood wasn’t enough for that test. Wow!!! The technician working there has no idea what he’s doing or I stopped him in the middle that no more blood?????? No apologies for all that instead the staff was rude n behaving as if it’s my fault….. Stuck in the situation…

This dr has zero empathy and is not suited to treat patients needs. Office staff is attentive. Offers no resources, no plan, no reassurance. Basically just tells me nothing as far as expectations and disease progression. Office manager is rude and insulting. I would have given no stars if I could.

Dr. Kahn saved my life twice, with cancer and then 10 years later with a hematology issue. I used to see him at the nasty clinic on sample but now I go to his private office in Margate. It’s way better. Erin is best manager.

My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer 6 years ago. She lives today - longer than 99% of the people given the same diagnosis - because of Dr. Kahn. What more need I say?

The manager ( wife) who think she has all the rights in this office take site and is not neutral in order to solve problems or misunderstandings in order to provide good care to patients is a person who just reacts from her emotional daily point of view who has no previous information from her staff at all, not making sense, dares to call patients and insults them threatening them to kicked them out and dismissed them due to disrespect because patient responded back " that will not be my responsibility" she considers this phrase is very disrespectful. Furthermore, My mother was supposed to have her first chemotherapy today who does not speak English and the nurse greed her " I hope you drink lots of water because you have NO VEINS, this is not a proper vocabulary. All the staff memebers are so kind and get me in right away. They are always concerned how i am doing and make you feel like family. I have been a patient for 2 plus years. Dr. Kahn is kind, compassionate and extremely intuitive and smart.

Dr Kahn Lacks of patience and compassion. He is rude, cold and not sensitive. Unless you HAVE to see him. I would recommend to look for a more empathetic and compassionate Dr.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog. I was already on a medication and explain to him why , he switched the medication my first time they're. He ordered blood work that was missed placed, after that he never ran any test to see what we causing my symptoms or if I actually needed to be on meds at all .he's treating something he's not even sure that I have. He's providing me information that has already been proven to be deadly but he's completely against it for his own personal reasons . I'm not even sure if the medication he has me on his effective and neither does he. When I go in for my appointment they ask me am I here for one thing and clearly I'm here for the same issue. at the end of every appointment I'm still leaving with the same question? I had a great experience at this office. The girls at the front desk were very helpful and nice. My visit with Dr. Kahn was great, he made sure to explain the treatment that I was going to receive and answered all my questions. I found Dr Kahn to be very professional and most of all, very thorough in his explanations. He is my hematology doctor. Never seen an office so organized as this one. Teresa will get you what you need as far as an appointment or results. Very pleasant office, respectful and no waiting time at all. Yes I will recommend them in a heartbeat.

These written words could never properly express the utmost gratitude and respect I have for Dr. Kahn. Dr. Kahn was assigned to my mother, who laid helpless on a ventilator in ICU right in the midst of April 2020’s pandemic quarantine. Dr. Kahn was the only doctor to call me and guide me with information based on the results from various testing that had been performed on my mother. The bottom line was an advanced cancer diagnosis. Despite the intimidating news, Dr. Kahn conveyed that my mother was treatable, that her life didn’t have to end in that ICU bed. Dr. Kahn ordered emergency chemotherapy and my mother subsequently came off the ventilator less than 48 hours after receiving the treatment. Dr. Kahn LITERALLY SAVED MY MOTHER’S LIFE when she was on that ICU floor… and of course he’s continued to provide my mother with exceptional treatment since. As of mid to late July 2020, my mother has been back in the hospital twice... and Dr. Kahn CONTINUES TO BE THE LIGHT in helping to sustain my mother’s health/life. He’s gone to the hospital on the same day in which he was notified of each of her admissions; he calls me directly from the hospital when he is there and he has even taken the time on Saturday mornings (i.e. NOTE THE PLURAL) to go to the hospital to check on and provide care to my mother. June 2021 follow up appt for pulmonary embolism. I was very pleased with my first visit with Dr. David Kahn at his new office. He was very thorough & explained everything in great detail. He answered all my questions completely in a way I could understand. I would highly recommend him for a Hematology consult.

Dr. Kahn’s Wife Erin shouldn’t be allowed in the office. She is very rude and disrespectful to patients and their families. She told a family who is under going terminal cancer that their 6 year old year child had to stay in the lobby. Then she told them if they didn’t like it they need to leave and get another doctor. If this is the way you and your staff treat people who are dying from cancer then you need you to be shut down permanently!!!

My experiences were always great at his office. First with my wife and years later for me. He recommended 21st Century Oncology and set everything up for my treatments. Now completely cancer free. Highly recommend.

The staff just wants money, with no good results. I had called to let them know it was costing me too much. Receptionist is super rude, there’s no meeting in between. You would think that a doctors specialist would want returning clienteles.

I was in the office today and saw her doing not one but 5 things at once. Extremely disrespectful Front desk staff. You are there for a reason he is in oncologist so if a patient possibly has cancer you would think all personnel in that office would be respectful and considerate and that is not what you get at this office! Fairly new doctor to me. I was recommended to him only because my original oncologist had nothing to do with anybody on Obama Care. At first I felt he was very impersonal but my second and third visit he was a bit warmer . Staff is extremely friendly and courteous .

My husband needed to get in to see Dr. Kahn right away. They got him in the same day and were extremely helpful in getting him the testing and results he needed within 4 days. We highly recommend him.

Too bad Dr kahn, who is great, has no clue how his office is managed. They are not trained properly and patients are treated poorly. I was told that my insurance was acceptable and that they had my test results until i got there and was told by an unsympathetic and snotty manager that it was not ok and they had no results for me.

Stay away. The total lack of respect and dismissive attitude toward patients and their families far outweigh the medical treatment you will get at this practice. Although the doctor had seen the patient twice in the hospital and billed Medicare, the office manager came into the waiting room at the first office visit (with others present- a clear violation of HIPAA) and demanded payment before seeing the doctor. The next EOB showed the office had duplicate billed Medicare for this visit. A call to the office to request a refund met a stone wall. I was told there was a new office manager (learned later to be the doctor’s wife), and she did not respond to my messages and voicemails. When finally she did, she was rude and disrespectful. Following additional calls, she told me she had sent a request for refund to the parent company. To get to this point took over three months. After waiting another two months, I called the parent company and was told they had never received that request. A promise to follow up and get back to me never happened. I ultimately Googled the name and email address of the acting CEO, mailed and emailed a packet of 7 pages to her documenting my negative experience, and promptly received a direct response and a refund check from the parent office. To start, the staff is highly disorganized. Secondly, they showed no concern for my time and I was kept waiting for close to three hours both times that I had to visit the office. Third, I was made very doubtful of the staff's attentiveness for several reasons including the fact that the office ran out of tissue for the restroom and even though I repeated my request three times in under a minute to one of the staff she still pulled out a roll of paper towel from the supply closet. Horrible experience for my husband. The office was unprofessional, disrespectful and we had to wait for 2 hours. They had no respect for us or our time. They billed him upfront which is not allowed under their contractual arrangement with our insurance. They overcharged by hundreds of dollars and I am still trying to recoup the money. Let me start out by saying, I HAVE THE WORST VEINS EVER! Thanks Yvonne for taking my blood. I am so happy with Dr. Kahn. Firstly, I had no coverage, they got me free drug. Secondly, I had no transport, they got me transport from American Cancer Society. I would be lost without them. It's not just the doctor it is the amazing staff.

It was a long difficult hall with my mom. To start off she had bad insurance and no money. Dr. Kahn's office helped me navigate her care and make sure she was able to get treatment. My mom made it 2 years about the expected average. Thank you Dr. Kahn and staff. I know my mom is looking down on you from heavan.

Dr. Kahn is wonderful. He did a bone marrow biopsy on me and there was no pain. Also he helped me so much with a correct diagnosis. I had a rare genetic blood disorder that was misdiagnosed. I had to have surgery and he made sure not only I got cleared but he came to the hospital to see me and make sure my blood levels were good. Thank you so much! Dr. Kahn is the finest doctor I have ever met. He spent countless hours talking to my different (Crazy) relatives about my care. Most doctors won't even get on the phone. He also got me a referral to Moffitt Cancer Center for my transplant. I didn't have good insurance and his staff talked to the social worker at my insurance to facilitate that. I did have a high copay and deductible which was difficult to pay but what could i do? That's not the doctor's fault. I don't understand all these people complaining about paying. I found them to be nice and understanding and they helped me get copay assistance from the Leukemia and Lymphoma society for my Multiple Myeloma. I had the best experience at this office. The front desk is amazing and caring. When I got to the back the lab girl got me on once stick. In addition the doctor was caring and took the time to listen to my needs. Thank you Dr. Kahn. I am glad I don't have cancer but would come see you again if I ever need your services.

This is my second review. I made a bad and regretful review about Dr. Kahn's office . I was frustrated. I had my treatment there and everything went very smooth. Ida and Marc were great to me. I have my next treatment next week. Erin is dealing with people that have cancer and are far worse off than me and my RA. I highly recommend this practice and need to learn patience is a virtue. Truly sorry for the bad review and wish it could be taken back.
