Dr. Kathleen Lawrence Jeannot

Took my mom for the first time to Chen Medical Center and I am very impressed of the quality time and care from the staff and the doctor. Dr Jeannot patiently explained everything. She treats patients as an individual kindly. I am so happy that Finally we have Chen Medical Center with that Philosophy, and we can all work as a team, making life easier and better. Thanks dr Jeannot for your professionalism and caring! As a caregiver I feel a lot of support when is needed. And that means a lot.

Kathleen Jeannot does NOT deserve to be a doctor! She doesn't speak to patients with any respect and lack empathy. She put me on several medications prior to ordering test for pain that I was experiencing near vital organs. Her three attempts to diagnosis me were completely WRONG and the medications she prescribed made me feel worse. I had to demand testing and due to her arrogance and incompetence I took unnecessary medications. I hope that Memorial investigates this so called doctor and requires her to retrain on ethical treatment of patients and other CE's to properly diagnose patients. Rather superficial...….includes things in her reports that she did NOT do nor discuss. Not good with exchange of opinions or ideas Minimal response to questions. Actually inaccurate with some of her information. I was disappointed to say the lrast. Sorry but that was the way it was. Cannot recommend

Best doctor I have had in decades give her a huge raise she deserves it for dealing with all the disgruntled morons that come in that clinic

The staff was very kind. Dr Jeannot spent time with me and answered all of my question. I felt like I mattered and understood.

What a waste of time! Spent 2 months trying to get a referral with no luck! At the end of the day they did not even file entire bill with the insurance, so had to pay out pocket for Nothing! Literally nothing! Save your time and go somewhere else.

OUTSTANDING!!! Kathleen takes her time to make sure that all of the patients are cared for. when I needed surgery for my stomach she refered me to the greatest doctor. I almost died but I had full trust in her. I would not be here with out her.

I am very pleased with her service and kindness . She took the time to listen and didn’t rush through the consultation like most doctors do.

Dr. Jeannot was pleasant, Warm welcoming and very accurate. Everyone is so friendly I am very thankful you are in this area to care for us when we need you. Plus its Memorial System one of the best Hospital System in south florida. The Nurses & Staff are very professional. Dr. Jeannot also spend time talking to my youngest boy been giving me a hard time at home who was suspended from school. Thank you so much:)

Fantastic Doctor, highly recommended. I avoided Doctors for 25 years. She was incredible, took lots of time explaining anything I wanted to know I was heartbroken when she moved further South.

Dr. Jeannot is excellent. This was my first visit. She was thorough, informative and a great listener. She took her time with me and answered all my questions. Great smile and conversation that put me at ease.

Terrible service. The front desk is rude, and the doctor is arrogant.

Worst service ever !! They couldn't care less about their patients!!

Horrible service, I needed referrals to see specialists. I never got them. The doctor treated me like a two year old. The chronic illnesses I have I had for years. Doctor talked down to me and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say.

Cold uncaring apathetic. She spends her back or side to you, eyes glued to the screen writing notes the ENTIRE TIME you are in the exam room with her. She wrote referrals without ONCE looking at the area of your body you say you are having a problem with. Eye contact is zero. It's almost like she doesn't even really are you. Like you are not a person. Her staff does not follow up with you on referrals. They are often rude and dismissive and never admit mistakes but will get snarky with you.

It was horrible waited for 3 hours just to be seen . The dr did not care to listen to what I had to said did not answer any of my questions had a attitude with me . I had compliments of a ear infection she prescribed a antibiotic i am on eliqus I should not take certain antibiotic but she never told me I had to find out from the pharmacy . When I called to ask for some information on how else to treat the ear infection no surprise when she would not come to the phone to help ! The worst
