I've been coming to Dr. Mabrie's office for over a year now. Each time I make an appointment, it's always a pleasant visit. I'm always welcomed with warm smiles and lovely ambience. The walls are painted with gorgeous art work (even in the bathroom!), and a contemporary setting throughout the office. Earlier this month I was able to get lip fillers, and Tiffany is always quick to address my concerns. My top lip is usually a lot thinner that my bottom lip, so last year I expressed that I wanted more height and not just volume, to balance out both my lips. Sure enough she recommended we do some needle work on top and it definitely made a difference! So now every time I go in, she knows exactly what I want. I really love that everyone is so personal there! I was dehydrated during my last visit and Lindsey was quick to offer me a nice electrolyte drink, which made my morning run by a lot smoother. Rochelle was also able to let me rest for a few minutes after my appointment until my headache was gone from the previous night of drinking, and we just had a nice conversation about family and life. A week after that I was able to get a maintenance nose lift from Dr. Mabrie. He's super kind and very quick. Also, the new technology they use is a lot less painful, and makes my experience there very much at ease. I definitely feel this office is up date date with the newest trends. Service: Lip fillers

Had an amazing experience! The staff and the doctor were in friendly, patient, and professional. They run a busy practice and have lots of things going on at once so I can appreciate all the work that they put in to make everything run pretty seamlessly. From the pre appointment call to the aftercare, i felt taken care of and appreciated as a patient. Regarding Dr.Mabrie's work, well what can I say. The proof is in the pudding. I immediately saw an improvement. Actually, he literally gave me my dream nose in less than five minutes. I really learned a lot by listening to his full face assessment and i felt really fortunate that he also listened to my goals of wanting subtle improvements. He really took into account the totality of my situation and have me a nuanced, individualized approach. He is a true artist and I look forward to continuing my relationship with him and his staff. I can't wait for my follow-up! Also, i appreciate that he was able to work with some previous filler i had done and actually complimented my previous injector who incidentally recommended me to him! Visiting and having my treatment(s) with Dr. Mabrie was a GREAT experience! All the staff members I came across were helpful and with friendly and positive attitude (which helped cope with the gloomy/cloudy SF the day I had my treatment). The doctor and his assistant who performed my treatment were very friendly, professional and perfectionists, which is what anyone should be striving for when having any cosmetic procedure(s). The entire time I had the doctor's full attention and without rushing through, as he was trying to give me the best possible results! Immediately after the treatment I had noticeably amazing results and it will get even better each day, since swelling and some bruising on the first day of the treatment is inevitable. As for the pain some are complaining: Some MINOR pain and discomfort should be expected but that's because it's a treatment with Filler INJECTIONS, which means you will get needles touching your skin... and not rose pedals. However, the pain was pretty dull (since they numbed the target areas pretty good) except for the 1-2millisecond of a pinching sensation you get as the needles pokes through your (numbed) skin. Overall, it is a place I HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for filler injections to enhance/improve your facial appearance! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Tiffany and Matt took their time to explain everything about the procedure to me and it made me feel a lot comfortable about it. I also love the results, Tiffany is amazing!

The worst decision I ever made was to make an appointment at this office. After jumping through all the hoops to get to this appointment and the pre-appointment and the phone conversation and the photographs and on and on and on .. This was one of the worst appointments I have ever had in my entire life for Botox . I felt completely scammed on the pricing and once I paid for the appointment the lady back paddled where and how much she was going to use on me . The injection service was the worst I’ve ever had. I had to ask her to stop three times during the service because she was coming at me like a dartboard and with a vibrating stick . It was prevalent to me that she did not know what she was doing and caused me so much pain . Now after talking to everyone at the office after the appointment and sharing my experience and how upset I am I now have to deal with the outcome of the service and now horrible of an injection service it was. The injections were so close to the corners of my eyes that it has cause my eyes to squint and are pinched in the outer corners and are constantly watering my eyes are completely buckled around the edges where it should be smooth and so is my forehead . What a nightmare . I’ve been referred to here by so many of my clients and friends that I know that Have gone here and I’ve seen the videos on Facebook and was so confident about having an amazing service here but let me tell you what… i was so wrong. I can only share with you my experience, but let me tell you I will never step foot in this place again nor would I ever send anybody that I know here for a Botox service . As always amazing service from the receptionist when you walk thru the door, all the staff that helps along the way, to the doctors you see. I would highly recommend!

Dr Mabrie and his staff are terrific! They thoroughly explained what was going to happen and how I was going to feel. Matt answered all my questions and even told me "that's a good question" . They were very professional and Dr Mabrie did a great job with his recommendations and treatment. I highly recommend this office!

I've reviewed Dr. Mabrie's practice once, and I'm compelled to do it again because I've experienced only best-in-class service from them. When you arrive you simply call the office number to get buzzed in, take the elevator on up, and are promptly greeted by friendly staff (+if you've taken the pre check-in survey beforehand it speeds up the process, making entry as contact-free as possible). Even in a pre (and soon to be post) pandemic time, everyone at Mabrie's anticipates my needs before I think to ask (eg very attentive with snacks, drinks, and giving the lay of the land in case I need to run to the loo); Mabrie's team really cares about the client experience from early consult, to appointment, to aftercare. Once the room is ready, you can expect to feel ultra comfy as they walk you through your beauty (or brawny) plan. During my appointment today we reviewed my short and long-term goals, and I felt empowered to decide the treatment right for me while also confident in Tiffany's expert, artistic eye. Dr. Mabrie is clearly an artist and his tools are the many fillers he knows exactly how to apply. His work is natural and subtle and I absolutely love the results. Dr. Mabrie is so talented and his staff are amazing! I felt super comfortable and felt like I was in good hands. Dr. Mabrie is really brilliant in both an artistic way and an intellectual way. He was discussing new research he read with his staff while putting the finishing touches on my face. He really pays attention to unique aspects of each individual face and makes you look like the best version of yourself. His work is subtle and respects the natural face features (it doesn’t look like I got fillers and I still look like myself), but if you look at his before/after photos side-by-side then the difference is incredible! This office was recommended to me by a very good friend who flies in from out of state to get treated by Dr. Mabrie. I decided to get treatment by one of his technicians Tiffany and she did not disappoint. She, along with the entire staff, was extremely thorough going through my treatment goals and expected results. They spent a lot of time and energy to ensure my needs were attended to and my wants were addressed. After treatment, I received many compliments on how fresh and glowing my skin looked. I am so pleased with my results, I plan to see Tiffany again very soon to have her treat additional areas. For my first time ever getting work done on my face, this was a great experience. They made me feel at home and comfortable which eased my fear. I got my mid-area done by Kimberly and it looks amazing. I’ll be getting my nose toned up with Dr. Mabrie and can’t wait to fly back out there for my second session!
