Dr. Scott E Lee

I was extremely blessed to have the care of Dr. Scott on Thursday. He did an outstanding job and was very gentle and very thoughtful and kind to me.

I had to have surgery twice on one eye. Complete failure. The stitches bothered me so much but he wouldn't let me take them out until he could take them out. When I got to the appointment he told me I could take them out myself. My eyelid and sleep will not close all the way. This was a surgery to repair a droopy eyelid.

Dr Lee's office is always crowded, and always running late. As a result, they make you feel very rushed and fail to actually fully address all questions and concerns. Even for surgery prep I felt very uncomfortable. I've been three times, and been seen anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. I was told that all my surgery questions would be addressed by a nurse practitioner, and then that praco passed the buck saying the doctor should have explained everything and all she could do is take vitals and decide if I was good for surgery in a few days. One late appointment is business, a consistent history of being late denotes poor scheduling by the medical office. I would recommend new patients seek out a medical professional who wants to answer questions and make patients feel welcome and comfortable. This is NOT that doctor. This doctor just likes to keep his waiting room brimming so he can make money assembly line style. Dr Lee's office is always crowded, and always running late. Very busy facility... I was refered after my former Optomologist retired plus was looking for a spanish speaking doctor. Very satisfied with staff and service.

Best eye doctor on this side of the bay. Very efficient and caring doctor. His staff is a bless to work with. Would recommend.

Dr. Lee and his staff are outstanding. The service from surgery, follow up to office staff is excellent. We would gladly refer any friend or family member to this office.

My wife is skeptical of all Dr’s But let me tell you about Dr Scott E Lee He s absolutely AMAZING!! He spoke very gently & firm with my wife & she told me He should have been there to deliver all 5 kids. She’s never ever spoken so highly of any one including me. He’s our Clark Kent She’ll be getting her left eye fixed soon & he will do what he’s born to do. We are thankful for him. Great care and service!!!!

I had a good first visit and am looking forward to the lasik surgery to clear my lens.....

I had a procedure done on my eye and I was absolutely satisfied plus his character is absolutely remarkable!!

I had a stye that needed surgery, and Dr. Lee did a fantastic job! It didn't hurt at all and went away immediately. Would highly recommend this skilled Doctor.

Having complete confidence in Dr Lee and his friendly and capable office staff made it possible for me to have my surgery in his office. I have always found the office to be prompt in putting my needs first at hand. The expertise of Dr Lee was apparent in his attentative manner before, during and after my surgery. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend that my friends be seen by Dr Lee.

Dr. Lee and his staff combine professionalism with compassion and personal care. This is a patient friendly office and I can't really think of a negative comment.

Unprofessional! My mother's appointment was for 4pm she didn't get examined until 5:05pm. We came at 3:15 because they told my mom to be here early to get fitted for glasses. definitely plan on brining my sister and mother to his practice. His office is very polite and professional. Dr. Lee always has the patient's best interests in mind, he always makes sure that the patient understands and consents to everything he does. I can tell he also is very skilled in his field, his other patients always come by happy with their results and care. 5/5 great doctor.

I'm very happy to see Dr. Lee! He is not only extremely knowledgeable but also highly trained and genuinely caring. He always puts his patients best interest in mind. Excellent ophthalmologist and oculoplastics specialist. The clinic can get pretty busy at times but the staff is always friendly and dedicated to each individual patient.

Dr. Lee and his staff are very passionate and friendly. Even though the clinic is always very busy, they make time for each patient and are very thorough. Very happy with my experiences.

I am trying to make an appointment that is very important. I have let the phone ring 15 times each of four times I have tried to call. What's up???

I went to doctor lees office 2 years ago as an emergency because i didnt have insurance and had already been to multiple emergency rooms and they werent able to figure out what was going on or how to help me. I was in excruciating pain in my eyes and one was very swollen it happened outta nowhere and i had no history of eye problems. They sllowed an appointment on short notice and after a short wait doctor came in took a look at my eyes for like 15 seconds and knew what was going after another short wait we talked for a bit and he prescribed a treatment with multiple eye drops and within a week i felt amazing. He is very compassionate, proffessional and intelligent.. I would recomend this doctor to all. Also his staff is the best they treat all with sincere kindness.
