My son walked out of the office with a smile. Which meant a lot to me compared to the last experience he had he woke up the next morning and saying "I really like that dentist dad" I was really nervous about him getting shots but he said it went well and it wasn't bad.

My kids have been going here for years. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my kid’s teeth. Dr. Sabbadini and his staff are so welcoming and really make you feel like family. They already know who we are when we walk through the door. My kids have had all types of dental and orthodontic services provided by Dr.Sabbadini and I have never been disappointed.

We had a fantastic time at our sons first dental visit. Our little one isn't the best with doctor visits, but he had a great time and enjoyed his check up. Dr. Sabbadini and team treated us so well and we can wait for our next visit!

Great and friendly staff! Daughter got two teeth extracted and Dr. Sabbadini did it quick and painless. My daughter said it didn't hurt, only felt some wiggling.

We've been going to Dr. Sabbadini for 2.5 years. He's wonderful with our young son and always provides a thorough checkup and assessment of our son's oral health. The office is super kid friendly and our son never complains about going to the dentist. Highly recommend this practice!

My experience is always warm and welcoming , I would recommend this dental office. I am so glad we were able to find Dr. Sabbadini when my son was 2, he and his staff are the best.

I have brought my 2 daughters to Dr. Sabadini's office since they both were infants until now, around 18 yrs lifespan. That would say it all why we keep coming back. Office cleanliness, treatment, and spot-on treatment recommendation from Dr. Sabadini. I would highly recommend Dr. Sabadini to any one with young children.

Receptionist are unprofessional and rude , they are also the ones who reply to the reviews on here which is obvious. They cant answer simple questions without giving attitude these services aren't free we pay good money for service. My toddler was happy to visited her dentist today, the Dr. Was very gentle she said ????

I have had three experiences prompting me to now write this review and find a new dentist. All involving the staff at reception. 1. When the pandemic began I missed my sons appointment. I informed them we were sick and they insisted I pay a $50 fee. 2. The reception called me with an appointment reminder for “tomorrow” and literally said “Wednesday” which my husband heard and I showed up and she insisted she said “Thursday” which she definitely did not. And I’ve never in my life heard of a 48 hour reminder. 3. My son has ASD which non of the staff ever remembers who he is and he never works with the same person or is spoken to in a friendly manner. Children with ASD are extremely sensitive. This staff is outright rude, unprofessional, unorganized, and I will no longer do business with them. When I first started taking my children to Dr. Sabadinni 14 years ago I felt he and his staff were caring and addressed all of our concerns regarding our children’s dental problems. Very personal and professional services, Dr. Sabaddini is available and responsive by phone outside of business hours for emergencies. Office staff is carrying and competent. Highly recommended.

The staff is wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The Dentist was professional, conversational, and helpful when discussing all of my options for optimal dental health for my 10 year old daughter.

Both Brittany and Dr. Sabbadini were very patient with my 2 year old. They didn't push her too hard if there was something she was uncomfortable with and I really appreciated that. The overall environment of the office was very kid oriented and friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

First time going to this office, I called because my toddler was having some issues, they where able to fit us in that day. Everyone was so nice and wonderful with both of us. Dr. Sabbadini took the time to go over everything with me, so I knew what to expect and how to deal with the issue. I was very happy and satisfied, thank you.

My experience with Dr. Sabbadini is terrible, never go there. Never never go there.For fixing a cavity of my son, he charges $500 with a 220 copay. OK, I pay 220. And he sends me past due statement of $140 over and over again because my insurance company refuses to pay for the extra charge. What is wrong with your damn treatment plan? Where have your credit go?

At the beginning, this place seems ok. After trying couple times, I realized this place is careless and rude. They scheduled appointment for my kids without checking our insurance policy. We ended up paying for the kids covered periodic dental cleaning because our appointments were couple days earlier than the insurance allowed. I talked to them regarding this issue. They said they assumed our policy was the same as most insurance. They didn’t even apologize for their careless. Instead, the argued that it should be the patient’s responsibility to check their insurance’s policy. They told me that insurance company only sent policy to the insurance holder instead of dentist office. It is the first time I heard that insurance company doesn’t provide policy to dentist. Six month later, we came back to the dentist office for cleaning. When we arrived the office, we found out that our insurance was messed up. Due to previous experience, we decided to make sure with our insurance company first. We requested to cancel or postpone the appointment. They charged $50 cancellation fees for each kid. They even refuse to see kids if we don’t take x-Ray. It is very stressful to go to this dentist. At the beginning, this place seems ok. The change in the front office staff has hugely impacted the service that we received. After 20 years and four children going through dentistry with Doctor Sabbadini, his new office staff over charged us $15-$2000 and they carried the credit and we didn’t complain and dealt with our billing through orthodontia with this overcharge for years until they got used. The new billing staff person Kelly says an audit was done and there was a balance found. She canceled all our appointments without telling us about this in addition to canceling the order of our daughter ‘s retainer after having braces on for two years again without telling us when the insurance covers the retainer at 100% and it was not relevant It was done to be mean when we weren’t even informed of a bill. She actually called and said that she needed to cancel the appointment because the retainer wouldn’t be ready. My son had gone through orthodontia and it only took three weeks for his retainer and I didn’t understand why it was taking so long for my daughters retainer. The front office staff continued to lie to us rather than tell us that there was a balance and their new policy was not to allow you to have any services until the balance was paid. My issue is that we were never told there was a balance, we were never sent any paperwork, we were never given an email nothing we were placated and total lies rather than allowing us to evaluate the charges. I called and questioned Claudia who told me my sons replacement retainer wasn’t paid for by my ex-husband. I asked if I could pay it when Jake came in on June 7 and she said no problem. However, it was a problem because Kelley canceled that appointment and left a dispicable message about not being allowed appointments. Our insurance covers 100% for the children with only a couple ortho things at 80-90%. So, if a balance existed telling us and allowing us to discuss and evaluating it should have been allowed before canceling appointments for bogus reasons and hard core collection treatment because we have been patients for over 20 years with not one billing issue accept a huge credit in our favor. The straw that broke the camels back is that Dr. Sabadini refused to discuss anything with me or return any of my calls according to Kelly his administrative biller. Claudia the other office staff person who in the past had been very kind and thorough apologized for the lies that were told but refused to bring them to the attention of Dr Sabbadini. I received a couple more horrible messages from Kelley as well. I called to report them and nothing was done. I later found out from Claudia the balance they said they discovered was $700. I immediately paid it even though I asked for detailed billing to verify it with the insurance. This farce continued for over three months causing my daughter to have to get her senior pictures and braces that were supposed to have been off months ago because the front staff lied and handled our file. At this moment I’m collecting all of their records to find a new dentist for my children after all of this time because of how we were treated. It was so horrible that I will never recommend them again in the past I’ve given many recommendations. It is unacceptable that a long-term client would be treated with such Ill guard and And ratchet ungracious collection efforts without disclosing any details so that a resolution can be found. If I were able to give negative stars I would because that is how horrible this was. The treatment that we received was so in Purposely horrid and disgusting and mean and insensitive and unkind that it has wiped away four children’s years of dentistry and we are now going someplace else and will never return.! My boys love coming here to get there teeth checked. I love how they make my son feel proud to be in the No Cavity Club! He takes great care of his teeth because of the great staff and doctor!

Ryan has never complained about going to the dentist. I believe its due to Dr. Gary and his great assistants making the experience as enjoyable as possible. I recall as a child it was like "pulling teeth" to get us to go to the dentist! (pun intended). Dr. Gary is gentle, kind, caring and honest. He does not do work unless really needed, listens to concerns of parent, reflects deep empathy for the child. I wish I had a movie while having my teeth cleaned as a child, and prizes afterward! Dr. Sabbadini and his amazing staff were absolutely the best choice for us. They staff is friendly and made my daughter feel very comfortable and relaxed during her visits. Dr. Sabbadini himself has a very calm demeanor and he explains procedures clearly and calmly. Lastly, the office itself is inviting and decorated playfully.

Dr. Sabbadini's office was very welcoming. They make, what can seems to be a drag, such a pleasurable experience. Quality of service is below the average, occasionally doctor will get nervous if your child is not lying like a corpse. They will try to make the treatment and procedures on your child as if it is extremely urgent and will tell you that they called the insurance and insurance agreed to pay it -- then you will get the bill and they will tell you that insurance is not willing to cover the treatment that was already made, if you do not pay within very short time period they will give you to collection agency. I like Dr. Sabbadini's clinic because it is really a friendly place. From the moment I stepped in I could see every corner has been set up with the patient's needs in their mind. Our previous denitst recommended this place because they were closing down and I am happy that we got in Dr. Sabbadini's care.

Both my kids have grown up with Dr Gary and his team. From personal experience, I have never met a pediatric dentist that has a patience of a saint to deal with very nervous kids as well as parents. My son has undergone several dental procedures with Dr Gary as a toddler and all of them has been positively an awesome experience. My son is now a teen and going through ortho work up with this group and Dr Gary speaks to my son about his dental treatments. My daughter finished ortho w/up a long time ago so she just goes for her check ups. In regards to the staff --- hands down the best there is...always helpful and always ready to assist you in any way possible. I have been going to this office since I was a child and am currently one of few adults. I have been there longer that the doctor. I welcomed the change and he is very knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly. The staff is fantastic, kind and caring. I was so excited to take my son there when he was two...he's now 7. We always enjoy our visits and even through drills, exams and x-rays we always walk away happy and smiling. A BONUS is that there are televisions on the ceiling! My kids had a great time at Dr. Sabbadini's office. The office was very clean and kid friendly. Ms. Heather took care of all three of daughters and she was very gentle and clearly explained what she was going to do. Her cheerful personality helped put my kids at ease. Even my four year old had a great experience. Having Cinderella play helped a lot too. The rest of the staff was also great.
