I have never been treated SO poorly by a medical professional in my life! I was verbally attacked via phone call, by Mary, the RN in this office. I had called in regards to extreme back pain, for my husband, to be rudely greeted with a condescending attitude and extremely snarky remarks, when I was only trying to seek help from our medical professionals. Mary was extremely out of line, coming from a person who has worked in the medial field herself, and should be REMOVED from her position immediately. Her demeanor was extremely inappropriate, unprofessional and uncalled for. This is no way to treat patients and no way to make them feel. We will be switching offices ASAP.

Listens, real people answer the phone, follows up well, reserves time daily for you to call in to access him if you are sick for an appointment.
