Went to see him for Migraines. He ran no blood tests or MRI’s to see why I’m getting them. All he wanted to give me was pills, without checking anything. My new neurologist was the total opposite of him. Dr Seminer doesn’t care about his patients. 2 of my friends saw him also and they have the same opinion as me.

I was referred to this office in May 2019 for evaluation and EMG testing. The original appointment was in September; then I received a messages that it was rescheduled to October, then November, and the final reschedule is in December. Really? No explanation, just a very impersonal message with an appointment time of 7.30 AM. If this to evaluate a serious condition, delays like this are unacceptable. I recommend going elsewhere. Dr Seminar is good. I have been going here for 2 years now. He did have a GREAT staff- I loved Tammy. She is kind, professional, and always available for feed back to any concerns I ever had. She always called if there were delays and to get me in, when delays happened with my medication delivery. Jasmine, has been nothing but the opposite. My botox was delivered on Dec. 12- no one called to tell me. After being delayed for over a month. I am suppose to have Botox injected for migraine prevention, every 3 months. So when I did call and find out, I was told I couldn’t get in until January!!! And she said I had cancelled my previous appointments because of work- what in the world??? I have voicemails from Tammy, apologizing for needing to reschedule me every time because they didn’t have my botox- ????My treatment is now 3 months behind and the circus hasn’t stopped.I have left mesages for two weeks. Today, I got hung-up on! What a disaster- this is a neurology office, what I have experienced in the last month is truly sad. Delays for such an office and such unprofessionalism should not be tolerated- I know I will no longer tolerate it. Now, as it seem’s I have no choice, and this will further delay my treatment, I just want my botox returned to Briova so I can find a new neurologist. Dr. Seminer and staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Seminer.

Dr Seminer is beyond competent and takes great care of our family. Dawn who works as his assistant is on top of everything. Highly recommend.

Horrible! This man is sullen, impersonal, perfunctory, and rather gruff. His communication skills are seriously lacking. He didn't respond to an email I sent him regarding my request that a new prescription be ordered. The whole time he questioned me about my medical problem he never once smiled nor looked at me directly. He prescribed a medication but didn't explain why. If I had not questioned him about the need for the medication, I would not have known what it was suppose to do to alleviate my condition. I was uncomfortable in his presence, didn't appreciate his aloofness, and will not return to him. It took me an hour and a half to fill out the form that was sent from his office. You've probably filled out a similar form: list personal information, medicines you take, surgeries you've had, medical conditions you have, etc . . . I think he referred to it once and never asked me about its contents. Why did I fill it out? Horrible!

Waste of time! do not bother with his office or people ,stick with your primary care doctor!! the broken English speaking nurse there is worthless...………….

Dr. Seminer is a fantastic, knowledgeable doctor. He truly cares about his patients and is willing to try different approaches and treatments to help them get better. I've been seeing Dr Seminer for 5 years, and I can tell he is truly invested in my health and well being. He takes a lot of time to listen. If you need a doctor with an overly friendly bedside manner, he may not be the right doctor for you. But if you're looking for the most knowledgeable physician, see Dr Seminer.

David Seminer, M.D. failed to accurately diagnose the correct, root causes of severe constant pain and symptoms that were neurological or had neurological components. He failed to facilitate diagnoses by referring me to specialists who had more expertise, knowledge such as neurospine specialist or headache specialist. He ignored known facts in my records and in secret, he made swift, wrong, preposterous conclusions that severe, constant spinal pain/symptoms were "psychological, anxiety-related."

The staff here is absolutely horrible. It took me a month to get my referral faxed to the correct number and then told me 4 to 8 days for the referral to be reviewed. On the 8th day I had to call back and ask about the status of my referral. I requested to be assigned to a particular doctor in the office and they told me no you have to see this doctor. BTW through my research he has been practicing since Jesus was born, he has not so good reviews and should probably retire. Not off to a good start with this office. I saw Dr. Seminer for dizziness, lack of balance and headaches. He ordered 3 MRI of my head and brain. I returned for a follow up and he told him why I was there. He pulled up the images and said looked at them without making a comment. I asked him about the aneurism that was the the radiology report and the suggestion of a scan in one image. I asked him if I could see it. He let me look and then brushed me away. He made no further comments and dismissed me without a follow up. In my health records it says I was there because of degenerating disk disease and nothing about the MRI's of my head which were very costly. The only reason I gave one star is because the staff offered me water as I waited, alone, almost an hour before seeing him. My primary MD has referred to a different Neurologist. . Dr. Seminar is great and his staff is very helpful. Dr. Seminar is very knowledgeable and has helped me with the migraines I was getting. I had gone to other doctors over time and they were not as successful.

First off Dr Seminer is an asset to my family. My wife and daughter both suffer with an illness that truly life changing. Dr Seminer has treated, consulted, and educated us with a wellness plan. Found Dr.Seminar and his assistant, Dawn to be very attentive, thorough and focused. What a positive experience ! Complicated health issues can be overwhelming ...and dealing with today's "medical machine" can be further exasperating. Really makes such a profound difference when a provider is on point (and actually interested in one's well being) like Dr.Seminer & his staff. I definitely appreciate such care and highly recommend.

A very bad experience. From the time I was referred to this so called doctor because of my headaches it took about three wasted months dealing with him and his office. His initial exam was a basic reflex one and after asking me questions he had me take tests – MRI and blood. After a while I asked for some prognosis or diagnosis and then I received a phone call from his nurse practioner. I couldn’t understand her broken English and her attempt was to pacify me – obviously his buffer or worse.

This was a good experience. Dr. Seminer told me all that I wanted to know and was patient. I left his office feeling that I had found the kind of doctor that was right for me. I ask a lot of questions. Working for many years in a law office, I distrust doctors to tell the truth or even to know what is going on, but I trust Dr. Seminer completely.

Dr. Seminer and his staff are exceptional. His assistant Dawn is outstanding. They are very prompt, thorough and detailed in understanding my health issues and providing very appropriate treatment. They are very caring and genuinely concerned with my well being. I have been seeing Dr. Seminer for approximately 30 years, and have always felt that he has consistently provided great patient care. I have also referred family and friends to him and they share my feelings about Dr. Seminer.

I found him to have such a cold bedside manner. He made me feel like my condition was unimportant and not worth his time.. I'll never go back to him again... I was very disappointed. I had to wait a month to see him. Now to find a doctor that actually cares.

His staff is very rude, especially his direct assistant, Dec 2015 do not know how to apologize or inform that we would have to wait for 45 mins for the doctor.
