I think Dr. Bui is a good doctor, but the system you have to deal with to get medial care is not worth it. Visits usually involve a long wait. This is because, as Dr. Bui explained, he is in high demand. Their primary means of communications with via a web portal, which makes getting a quick answer difficult. And more then once the doctor has denied a prescription refill, which I only found out by checking either this portal long after I should have received it or by checking the app for my pharmacy. This last time there was not even a message about it in the web portal that Dr. Bui's patients are forced to use. No phone call and no text to be about an action they took that affects the refill of a prescription. So I'm tired of the excuses and the poor communications. Looking for a new doctor.

The office staff got me right in for a visit. The doctor was very exact and to the point. The staff explained everything and helped make the process quick and easy. I am blessed to have the office close to my house! Thanks!
