Khursheed Banglawala

Very disappointed with Dr. Banglawala and the way her and her and assistant Marcie have handled me as a patient. During the pandemic I acquired a balance from a prior visit. I wasn’t able to pay the full balance because my hours have been cut to part time due to the pandemic. I offered to pay Marcie half of the balance and the rest in 2 weeks. They refused service and no longer wanted to refill my prescription. Keep in mind, I’m not on narcotics I take blood pressure medicine. This doctor’s office is money hungry and doesn’t seem to care about the true well being of the patient. When I asked Marcie to have the doctor to give me a call she advised me to find a new PCP, so that’s what I will be doing. I don’t recommend this office to anyone if at some point in life you may have a financial bind and need medication to keep you from having a stroke. *UPDATE* The response from owner below is bogus as they have already sent discharge paperwork to my email before responding to my complaint! I’m not sure why they would suggest to call the office when Marcie already told me to find another PCP! Dr. Banglawala is very professional and friendly. She truly cares for her patients’ well being . I definitely recommend her as a family doctor . ????

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Banglawala were all very friendly and helpful. I got my booster shot as well. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

Dr. Banglawala is a exceptional physician. She listened and heard me out and was patient in explaining what my symptoms meant and what medication she was prescribing. Dr. Banglawala took her time in seeing me and did not feel rushed and was well attended to. The clinic is comfortable, spacious and not crowded - staff polite and helpful - a much better experience than going to a large hospital or medical centre. I give Dr Banglawala 5 stars, along with her receptionist Tara, but her office assistant Marcie gets a -1 for her attitude. I’m changing PCP’s because of her. Sorry Dr Banglawala.

Dr Khursheed Banglawala has been my primary dr ever since I moved to Texas from NY , I couldn’t have asked for a better Dr than her . I wish her and her whole team nothing but the best . I highly recommend her ???? The most polite friendly understanding Dr ????‍⚕️

Very bad experience with this Doctor. Initially she charged some amount and later on took more. She is only a family practice doctor and not a specialist and she is charging more than $200 on first visit.

My wife and I visited Dr. Banglawala to get a vaccination. The process from sign-up to front desk to having the shot administered was well run and well executed. I would gladly re-visit the office and doctor should I have another medical need in the future.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Bang for Years now. She is very knowledgeable and is usually “Right On The Money” with her diagnosis. The staff is just great to work with and so Thankful ???????? For Klara in communication ❤️ I highly recommend her with your “Life” ❤️????

I had a great experience at this office. I had been searching for a place to get a Covid-19 vaccine. I was referred by a friend and had an appointment within the week, on a Saturday no less, which was great for my schedule. The facility was very nice, clean and open, I was in and out in no time, just chilled in my truck for a bit after to watch for reactions. Dr. Khursheed is an excellent doctor and she helped me with covid vaccine and her staff nurse explained me everything regarding the vaccine and any side effects it may have. My first time experience was excellent. They have great staff and very clean facility. Highly recommended !

I started going to Dr. Banglawala when she was with Memorial Herman and followed her to her own practice. She is a fantastic doctor that really cares about her patients and will take the time to listen to your concerns. She is a horrible doctor. Incompetent, honestly I doubt she has any sort of medical training. After she asked me what MRI is I was on my way out. So, if you are looking for someone to chat with for your money, she might be a good fit. But if you are looking for a doctor you are in a wrong place.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Banglawala for the past 6 years. This is the longest period of time that our family stayed with the same doctor because of her true compassion for her patients, her commitment to offer the best health care, and her medical competency. She is the whole package. On many occasions, she has stayed past her working hours to get one of my family members in for treatment (as a result of some medical emergency). On a particular occasion she called in a prescription at 10:30 pm and stayed on the phone with the pharmacist to make sure he had the right medication for my son. Dr. Banglawala is a gift to our community and my family and I are so grateful to have her as our family doctor. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Banglawala for the past 6 years. She’s is very sweet and cares about her patient you can tell always remember all the details and get to know you each time ! Me and my husband always visit her each year even though we moved other side of town we still go back that tells you a lot !!!

Dr khusheed is one of the best doctor. Very knowledgable and caring. I highly recommend her to everyone .I took My mother there and had a great experience . Front desk person is very friendly.

Dr. Bangalawa is a wonderful doctor. She is caring and paying a good attention when you tell her your symptoms. As a result, she always prescribes right treatment and gives a good advice. I highly recommend her.
