Welp, I thought it was clear when it was explained to me that with the purchase of my orthotic inserts if I was ever needed to “resole” them (meaning the soft cushioning parts is worn and needs to be reattached) it was free. But apparently not, something else is free after you get them which still doesn’t make sense after it was explained to me. They need to be a little more clear, or whoever explained it to me the first time wasn’t.

SAW DR.MOSS FOR THE FIRST TIME. LOVED DR.MOSS!!! HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLANIED EVERTHYING VERY WELL. DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

Doc was a no show, and his office refused to schedule a teleconference so that we could chat before I drive in again. But patients get charged for missed appointments. ????

Dr. Moss has great bed side manners! His office staff is the issue. They expect you to shovel out money without providing a breakdown of what you are paying for. I came in for a follow up visit (2nd visit in a 2-3 week span) and left with a $150ish bill that I expected. Called back because the prescription that I was supposed to get following this visit was never called in. The office staff proceeded to tell me the prescription was not called in due to me have a balance of $700+. When I asked what the charges were from they could not provide me an explanation. I asked to speak with Dr. Moss. I was told he would call me back. I never received the call from Dr. Moss, but the office staff called a few days later stating “ we went ahead and called in your prescription”. As if they were doing me a favor. Wasn’t that the reason for the appointment? I paid my copay for an office visit to review results and receive treatment. As much as I like this Doctor, I will not continue to give my business to a place that only sees me as $$$$ and not a customer/patient first. Oh, I still don’t know what the $700+ balance is for. Also, I’m not sure it’s legal to refuse to fill a prescription due to a balance, especially a balance that the patient has no knowledge of. Dr. Moss has great bed side manners! The office staff was nice. The wait was a little long but Dr Moss was great at explaining everything and the shots he had to give me were done quickly and with as little discomfort as possible!

I had a large bone spur on my right heel that was causing pain and stiffness. Dr. Moss explained all the treatment options and what I could expect from each, clearly and accurately. I opted for the surgical treatment, and the foot is now fully recovered.

Dr. Hina Haasan is an awesome doctor. I had both of my feet repaired by her and she did a wonderful job. Both Dr. Haasan and her staff are very professional and gave great care to my procedure. I would recommend her and her entire staff .

I initially brought my son to see Dr. Moss for an ingrown toenail and shoe orthotics. Dr. Moss was great! My son was nervous but Dr. Moss calmed him down and it was quick & painless. After that, I started to see Dr. Moss as well, luckily I did! My ankle was even worse than I thought and I’m the type of person that will say “eh it’s not painful, so why see a doctor about it”, glad I did! He fixed me right up, answered all my questions prior and after ankle surgery, sent me to a good PT that will help strengthen me up again… he would always say I would be fine, and I was. He has treated me twice for unrelated issues. Dr Moss is efficient, pleasant, and does not speak condescendingly to his patients. And he cured the problems successfully.

Dr. Moss is terrific. He fixed my daughter's feet, has done a procedure on my son's toe, did surgery on my husband's foot, and just recently took care of my with my broken ankle. We moved 2 hours away but I still chose Dr. Moss to take care of me when I broke my ankle because I knew he would be honest and take care of me. I started seeing Dr. Moss several years ago, I switched to someone else because they were more local and the difference between the 2 was incredible. Dr. Moss listened and had excellent follow through post surgery. I had a TN Fusion and a tendon transfer done. He explained everything prior to surgery thoroughly and made sure I understood what to expect during recovery. He was honest and kind. I would give Dr. Moss and his staff extra stars if I could add more. I was expecting the worst discomfort during consultation for my toe issue however, Dr Moss has such a positive, pleasant attitude that one is put at ease. Dr Moss did not hesitate to do the necessary procedure right then and even while I was looking at the maneuvers, I did not feel uncomfortable that it seemed as I was just launching in a recliner the entire time. Dr. Moss was good in the beginning but toward the end of my recovery I felt he dropped the ball on my case. Dr. Moss performed surgery on my MEGA bunion in Feb. This bunion was huge and had caused me pain for years as well as the inability to wear most shoes without pain. The surgery went very well. He eliminated the protrusions and fused my big toe joint, placed a stabilizing appliance on the bones, and kept me non-weight bearing in a cast for 8 weeks followed by a boot. During the entire procedure I have found Dr. Moss and his staff to be very efficient, friendly, and encouraging. I love Dr. Moss's sense of humor and upbeat style! I have just finished physical therapy where I was called the "poster child" for beautiful foot recovery! You can't even see the scar, and there is no swelling. Doc Moss performed surgery on my foot to repair an injury that severed a nerve, nicked a tendon, nicked a ligament and severed a muscle. He was kind, effective, and responsive. 3 months post surgery I was running and am back to full strength with minimal side effects to a serious injury.

I recently returned to Dr. Moss and his staff after they performed a successful foot surgery on me five years ago. Since then I've had no pain or issues with that foot but it was time to get the other foot repaired. I was gratified to receive the same level of attention, care, and expertise I experienced years earlier, proving that Dr. Moss maintains his high standards throughout our changing times. While I no longer live in Pearland, the repeated drives to his office were totally worth it! Even with the pandemic precautions in place, I felt warmly welcomed and valued by his staff. The Co-Vid protocols could have been very off-putting for a patient facing surgery but they did everything right to ensure my safety and instill confidence in the process and I am impressed and grateful. Now that I have two repaired, pain-free feet, I wonder if I'll ever need Dr. Moss and his awesome staff again. But I know if anything does happen (I'm pretty clumsy!) they will be there for me!

Dr. Moss did surgery on my foot a few years ago and I have never had any problems after it was fixed. I recently had a different issue with my foot and went back to him. He is a great doctor and I feel like he really cares about my well being. I visited his office on Astoria Blvd. The staff is wonderful, the office has the xray machine so you dont have to go else where. Outstanding experience from start to finish. This was my very first visit and the medical issue I had needed to be addressed immediately. Upon arrival the staff was friendly and professional. I was impressed that safety precautions for COVID was in effect. Once Dr. Moss entered the room he was so kind and his bedside manner was exemplary. I felt comfortable and glad I chose him to be my doctor. He clearly explained everything to me and he answered every question I had. I had an appointment set took off work rushed to get to office and they where closed for renovation. They did not give me the courtesy of calling me.

Worst experience with a practitioner. Dr Moss was apathetic and dismissive. It was my first time seeing him and I started crying while explaining my foot pain.. he only seemed annoyed and told me that it “may just be my new norm” after issues from my last surgery. He spent about 2 minutes and decided he couldn’t help. He gave me a metarsal lift (little insert pad for my shoe) and sent me on my way. Maybe it was a bad day for him before this but I heard him joking in the room next door so I’m not sure. After that visit I went to a podiatry specialist and ended up needing another surgery. Dr. Moss was very professional. He assessed my toe and gave me options. Once the decision was made to have surgery, I was in within 5 days. I really enjoyed that lab work and MRI was down the sidewalk and not across town. Having postop therapy in the same office was also a bonus. Highly recommend Dr. Moss. Our teenage daughter dances in drill team. She injured her ankle in a non-dance activity and a nurse-relative recommended that we use Dr. Mark Moss. As it turned out, our daughter's injury required surgery. Through the entire process, Dr. Moss was a professional, explaining every detail and what to expect. He referred us to a physical therapy location that he knew would be able to rehab her specific repaired injury to the level she would need as an active drill team dancer. He also extended PT to allow for the extra recovery to help insure she was ready for her activity level (there is a lot of leaping, jumping, etc. in drill team dancing). The office staff were always kind and the appointment wait time was always reasonable. We will always appreciate Dr. Moss and refer him to family and friends who may need an ankle/foot specialist.

As a runner and pro active person I’ve been suffering from a heel spur for the past two years. During this time I’ve seen two podiatrist and without any success. I was given series of steroid injections, (7) was given shoe insert and orthotics and I was still in agony and pain. I was referred by someone who have had a heel spur and he have seen Dr. Mark Moss. He was given two steroids injections and when the injections failed, he was scheduled for surgery with great success. As I made an appointment with Dr. Moss I was greeted with his friendly professional staff and was taken on time to the back to see the doctor. Some X-rays were taken of my foot and shortly after I was greeted by Dr. Moss I explained my history and he gave me a few options and we agreed that surgery would be the best option and was scheduled to follow through with surgery. I fully recommend Dr. Moss for his professionalism and honesty.

I was referred to Dr. Moss by a friend after she had bunion surgery. She was so impressed, she said I needed to try this doctor. I have been to multiple doctors to try and solve my foot issue. Various doctors employed the cookie cutter method with no resolution whatsoever. When I met Dr. Moss, he went thru various processes to try and resolve my issue. Ultimately he recommended surgery. He was very upfront about what he was going to do and how he expected the surgery to resolve my issue. I now am willing to attest the surgery was a massive success. I'm still healing, but I'm doing things now I have not been able to do for years. His staff is very customer focused.!! They want to ensure your comfort is first and foremost. Very friendly. I went to the office several times and they did services that weren’t needed,charged way to much and they are still charging me and I don’t even go to the office anymore

PLEASE get a second opinion if Dr. Moss says you need foot or ankle surgery. In 2017, after ankle pain similar to a strain from stepping in a hole, he ordered an MRI for me. He said he was "100 percent" sure there was a tear in my perineal tendon even though the radiologist said there was NOT. Well, my husband was there and we both heard him say "100 percent" certain. I ended up doing what Dr. Moss suggested because he seemed so sure, and had surgery. 18 months later, I am in pain. My scar area is still bruised and swelling, and it hurts if I walk too much or dance, or do any kind of physical exercise. I finally went to a new doctor, who ordered two MRIs (one foot, one ankle) and a nerve test. Everything came back normal. When my new doctor saw my original MRI result, the one after the accident before the surgery, he got a little upset. He said I never even had a tendon tear. (written Monday April 1, 2019) *update (Wednesday April 3, 2019): after reading my review (which I have edited a bit because I was very emotional and was letting it all out), Dr. Moss himself called me. He reviewed the original MRIs and said again he "guaranteed" there was a tear. I actually think he said there were two tears and that was why my scar is longer than any others I have seen. So, it was nice that he called me personally. I still have no idea what to believe, since there were two different opinions about the MRI. Dr. Moss asked me to come back in so that he can help me come up with a solution for my current pain. I really appreciated that, so I added a star to the review. I think I would still recommend getting a second opinion since the second doctor I went to 18 months after the surgery disagreed so strongly with Dr. Moss (my second doctor was able to guess who my first doctor had been!!! I have no idea what that implies, but it does not seem like a good thing to me). So, thank you for contacting me, Dr. Moss! It did help me not regret the surgery I had, since you are still so sure about the tears. PLEASE get a second opinion if Dr. Moss says you need foot or ankle surgery. My daughter does All-Star Cheer and ended up with an ingrown toenail due to repetitive impact in forward tumbling. She is 10 years old, was in pain and terrified. He made her feel at ease and even talking about his own daughters. He did an in-office procedure to have it corrected immediately. I appreciated his bedside manner and how he took time to talk to her. He did an amazing block before the procedure, because she didn’t feel a thing. We followed our post-op directions and have had no issues with it coming back! I highly recommend him for children experiencing this issue. He also understands the importance of healing time with all-star athletes and thoroughly communicated when we would be able to safely return. I've had 5 surgeries with Dr. Moss and I wouldn't dare trust my health or body with any other doctor. Dr. Moss is very knowledgeable as a matter of fact his entire staff is also. Dr. Moss explains everything in great detail and allows his patients the time for questions or concerns and he addresses those too! Dr. Moss is currently treating my wife for a foot fracture. He attempted a conservative approach, which we greatly appreciated, but unfortunately had to have surgery. His office staff has been incredibly helpful with all of our FMLA and short term disability paperwork. He is not rushed during office visits and takes time to talk to you about all options. The fact that he has two locations is helpful as well. Overall, he is a master at his craft and I will not go to another podiatrist. Thank you Dr. Moss! Doctor Moss explained my procedure in layman's terms prior to my surgery. He is open to any and all questions and patiently answers them all. My recuperation was a long process and I appreciated that he told me to expect that. My entire experience has been very positive and I would not hesitate to see Dr. Moss again should I need additional care in the future.

Dr.Moss and his whole team of employees are amazing I had surgery on both feet for bunions he's great with what he does!!! Was never late to the surgerys which was great.. Now both feet are healed and I'm a whole lot better than before.. thank you to the lady's in the office for always smiling and making me feel comfortable going ! Also thank you Ms.Doris for helping with my pain on the butt insurance company and thank you Dr. Moss for making my feet feel great..
