Went for Blepharoplasty consult visit..Dr Sismanis was overly personable, which I liked. He didn't suggest surgery at that time but started talking about his other services ie injectable. I told him I already had someone I use for inj. & he suggested one he offered. Said it worked like Btx but cheaper so cx my appt at my usual med spa & made appt w/him. A few days after inject, his asst called & wanted to know how I was doing. I thought that was nice! I told her I couldn't see a dif & she said to give it a little more time as it may take longer to see results & to call her back. After 2 wks, no results so I called,she told me to come in. I get there, a 40 min drive & he asks me why I'm there & I told him his asst called & suggested I come see him. Next thing he says, "I don't know what you want me to do." Well I didn't either! They asked me to come back so I was thinking it was a bad batch or try dif product at discount. NOPE! He walked out the room!$400 for nothing

Dr. Sismanis is not only a terrific surgeon; he is so easy to like. I had only a simple procedure, but was really nervous. That entire staff made me feel better. One thing that particularly made my day, was meeting a new nurse there. She had recently been part of a lay-off due to the pandemic and was hired by Dr Sismanis’ office. She was lovely and it really was nice to hear! I highly recommend the entire practice!

I haven't had my surgery yet but I have to say that the entire staff is excellent. I can't wait to see how the surgery goes.
