Dina M. Bowen

Dr. Bowen is a great doctor and we've been with her for years. They can only see my daughter in October It's May now. No openings for 5 months! What is the use of a primary care doctor if they cannot see you when you need it? Food for thought.

Dr. Bowen is an excellent doctor! She has been our son's pediatrician since he was born fourteen years ago. Her diagnoses and treatment are always spot-on and effective. Dr. Bowen has a kind manner with families and knows how to talk to children. We are so blessed to have her in our lives.

A word of caution: We are established patients and have been for many years and had no complaints but something is changing here and I don't know what. We have no outstanding bills and we are always on time when we have appointments. Is it just us or is this the norm nowadays? They can only see my daughter in October It's May now. Dr Bowen is so kind, thoughtful and thorough with each visit! I love that I am able to get my son in quickly when he is not feeling well and schedule regular appointments in advance. Her staff and nurse is also just as kind and caring with our son! We love Dr. Bowen ♡

Please consider a different doctor. She completely missed my newborns hip dysplasia and was quick to dismiss me when I brought up some leg popping at her nine month appointment. Once she felt the popping, she did address it quickly. However, at three years old, my daughter has now had FOUR surgeries and three casts because it wasn't caught quick enough. One of the receptionists was incredibly rude and it was like pulling teeth trying to get my daughters records all while never caring why we were changing doctors.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing and remembers our name out of (I’m sure) hundreds of patients. We have problems with the lack of care from the airhead doctors here like Dina Bowen and the PA. They use a script and ask the exact same questions each visit, don’t try to figure out what is wrong with the kids, instead make you come in for repeat visits so they can milk insurance companies and guess as to what could help. Now, they’re making masks optional, don’t require you to be tested for a temp when you come in, and are completely ignorant to pandemic protocols. DO NOT USE! WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF...you took your children to a pediatrician during a pandemic, the staff clerk/receptionist AND the nurse administering shots did not wear a mask AND REFUSED to wear one while caring for your children (one of which is too small for a mask)? On top of that, you told the pediatrician that the nurse and clerk were not wearing masks and that you were immune compromised and asked for an explanation, given that the last visit everyone had one on. The doctor wore 2 masks and said she could not control the staff...the clerk had anxiety and the nurse said the kids pulled on her mask throughout the day. Then someone who went with you to the appointments contacted the parent company of the healthcare provider about the healthcare professionals not wearing masks and said if nothing can be done through the office or through the parent company to ensure masks are worn, the news would be contacted. One of your children was supposed to get additional shots and instead of calling to schedule them, the pediatrician’s office called and said a mistake was made, your child already had all of the necessary shots and there was no need to come back to the office. The parent company relayed the threat of news intervention to the pediatrician and INSTEAD of contacting the person who complained and/or making the staff wear masks in the office at least while treating patients, the pediatrician called you and said jobs could be impacted by reporting that masks were not being worn and that she would need to know where to send your kids’ records because she no longer would act as their doctor. This happened at this office to us. Dr. Bowen is very knowledgeable and straight forward. I like her common sense approach and never feel rushed through our appointments. She is very caring and kind. We love Dr. Bowen!

My kids love Dr. Bowen and her staff! She always takes the time to talk and ask how they are doing and we never feel rushed for her to get to the next patient. The front desk staff is always professional and friendly. I would recommend this office to anybody looking for a great pediatrician.

This office does not care about children. My daughter is adopted thru foster care and has Sooner Care. This office refused her as a patient. Be very careful parents! If a doctor will not see vulnerable children from foster care then they truly do not care about children! No heart just $$$!

I absolutely love love LOVE OUR FAVORITE PEDIATRICIAN and her Staff!!! Every trip to the office we make an adventure! their hugs and smiles greet us everytime. I so appreciate them and their willingness to work with me getting All five kiddos scheduled and seen at the same time. From the front office staff with Kelley to the back with the nurses and Whitley the service keeps my loyalty!!! When I call I get answers to what I need to do quickly... Worst doctor on the planet. Would not recommend to any one.

Extremely hate full of you call with questions about your bill. We will take all four of our kids else were. None needs to be talked to the that way. I will make sure I tell everyone not to waste their time going here. Update doctor Bowen just called me and still would not listen to my concerns. Just said we did not listen to her. Dr Bowen and her staff are absolutely the best. I am first time mom and they have been so helpful with all my crazy questions they make you feel like your family and she takes great care of our baby boy. If you have a choice definitely choose Dr Bowen she is absolutely the greatest around.

We love Dr. Bowen! We never feel rushed by her or that she's rushing us to get to the next patient. She takes her time to listen to our concerns and spends time actually getting to know our son! Her PA, Whitley is available for walk ins in the mornings which is so helpful! We have seen her a couple times and she's just like Dr. Bowen, caring and takes her time! I call a lot to ask questions and they never act like my questions are silly which really helps calm a first time mama's worries. All other staff members are excellent as well! Dr. Bowen is an amazing doctor. She cares so much about all of her patients. She is so sweet and listens to your concerns. I have called her after hours and she helped me with my daughter without rushing off the phone. I love her staff so much! Her PA is amazing. Definitely recommend.

Very hateful when you call to ask a billing question. Would not recommend any one to this doctor and her staff.

Dr. Bowen has been treating our children since our oldest was born, 11 years ago. In that time, she’s helped us navigate our way through illnesses, worries, concerns with three premature babies, who are all now routinely quite healthy children. She’s always available for questions, and has gone out of her way to settle our worries when unexpected trips to the ER result in seeing other doctors. Dr. Bowen has been our children's pediatrician for over 18 years. She is simply amazing. She's patient, kind, caring and takes time to talk to the kids and parents. I would highly recommend her.

We Love Dr Bowen!! The kids actually like going to the doctor!

Dr. Bowen is AMAZING! She is attentive, informative, and truly cares about our family and children. She has even helped me numerous times with after hours concerns! Her staff is fun and helpful as well.

Dr. Bowen was able to detect a murmur in my 6 month old that had previously gone undetected by her other doctors. It was a difficult time, but Dr. Bowen was able to direct us in the right direction, and we were able to get her PDA corrected. It meant the world to me that she was able to hear what no other doctor had. We are truly BLESSED to have her as our family's pediatrician. We found Dr. Bowen when I was pregnant with my oldest. 18 years later she has been there for all 3 of my kids through vaccines, illnesses, surgeries, sports injuries, frantic calls for advice, and even college physicals. They all trust her to take good care of them. She has become not only my kids doctor, but a true blessing to our family. I would recommend her without hesitation if you are looking for a doctor who will take the time to get to know your kids and treat them as individuals. This is definitely the best pediatric doctor around! My granddaughters, all three of them, are cared for by this very caring lady! My daughter even texts her on a regular basis with questions. Wow!! That's amazing to me that she knows my granddaughters so well and can help them 24/7. I so appreciate her for everything she's done and is doing for my grandbabies! They are the world to me! And she makes them very important to her, that's what I love about her! Thank you so very much Dr. Bowen!

Dr. Bowen has been my son's doctor since he was born. She has always been wonderful!! I would highly recommend her to anyone. She always is relaxed and puts us at ease. She is very caring, and takes the time to answer any questions we have.

Love Dr Bowen!!! As a new patient she spent a lot of time with my daughter. She listened to every concern that we had and didn't just blow us off or go with an easy answer. We've had nothing but a positive with her and her staff.
