She genuinely cares by listening and applying her very knowledgeable medical training to treat my ailments whatever they be. She is compassionate and patient w/my questions. Dr. Livingston and her team always get you in and provide close follow through. They care 100 percent!

Have been going to Dr Livingston for many years and have ZERO complaints about her, Deanna or Amy. I find Dr Livingston easy to talk to and available. No problem reaching her or the girls by phone or through Integris messaging system.

She is always thorough and listens carefully. Proactive on my care.

Dr. Livingston, Amy, and Deanna are absolutely amazing. They are patient, they listen, and they work with you to try to get to the root of the problem. Dr. Livingston has been working with me and encouraging me to make healthier choices so that I stop using medications as a crutch. Sometimes she tells me things I don't want to hear or admit to myself and I don't like it. However, it is her perky bedside manner and her matter of fact discussions that have pushed me to do better so I don't have to hear the bad things. There has never been a better doctor or cheerleader than Dr. Livingston and her team. I appreciate them all.

Worst Dr she treated my Grandfather, did not mention once my grandfather had cancer and by the time my Grandmother was informed the cancer was to far progressed treatment could not of been done. in my opinion she killed my Grandfather by not mentioning the cancer till close to his death and not providing ways to treat him. he suffered and died at home in a hospice bed. The doctor may be amazing but that is only if you can see her but with staff like this it is very doubtful. Amy who calls patients is hateful. The way she rushes through the vm then when you actually speak to her it is no different...Good luck. 0 compassion 0 attentiveness 0 empathy and very dismissive. Not a good first look to start off with a Physician's office. Hopefully none of these people ever need to see a doctor and if they do I hope they are treated the same as they treat people. My star rating is for the assistant Amy up in the admitting department which is very short when you have questions and you need answers. Amy's attitude is unprofessional and not very pleasant in her profession. I had missed an appointment and she quoted "well you shouldn't of missed your appointment" and i told her "I didn't have a choice, because I needed to feed my family instead of paying the copay". She definitely needs to probably attend customer service work shops. Now regarding Dr. Tanya Livingston she is rated with 5 stars+, because she is patient, caring and explains to you what is going on with the patient. I appreciate her very much.
