Horrible, condescending, passive aggressive receptionist, and we didn’t even get to see the doctor!! Really rude woman that treated us like we were garbage, talked to us like if we were ignorant. I truly felt treated this way because of my accent despite the fact that I have lived here for twenty years, why else would she have kept using the phrase “you understand?” In such a condescending manner. In the presence of a true Karen. She made my kid and I feel really bad.

Dr. Robinson is a magician he has always been very professional and a huge success in treating both my daughter and myself over the past 7 years with several different foot ailments . The office staff is also very professional and the best service

Dr. Robinson is a great podiatrist as well as a nice guy (including the rest of the staff). I hadn’t been there in about 4 years and went before Xmas as I had a rash on my ankle.I had already been to a dermatologist (don’t go to Mark Miller!), my primary care and now here. He took so much time trying to figure out why it was only around my ankles. No diagnosis but to use what my primary prescribed. It was a great visit. To sum up this long review, go see Dr. Robinson and take a look at Jai’s nails.

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience with Dr. Robinson. I do think he tried his best to help me, but felt pressured into treatments each time I went to his office and even bought custom orthotics with no impact to the pain in my ankle/foot area. He told me that they needed to try "everything else" before ordering an MRI as it would be costly (checked with my insurance, it isn't). I recently went to another doctor and he immediately took a look at my x-rays and suggested an MRI as I have had foot pain for over two years and mentioned if I have had persistent ankle/foot pain even over 3 months, that an MRI should have been ordered to rule out ligament damage. Let me just start by saying Dr. Robinson is amazing. I called late on a Friday evening and was able to secure an early appointment the following Tuesday. I had been in agonizing pain for about five weeks and was unsure of how to treat my injury after being wrongly diagnosed at the ER. Dr Robinson was very thorough in understanding my injury and clinically diagnosing it through a series of tests. What was amazing was that he had his own x-ray and ultrasound machines in office which save me a ton of time and walking (limping). All the way from the front desk staff (thank you Jai!!) to how they handled intake and his professionalism, expertise, and friendliness really makes Dr. Robinsons practice one of the best in the Bay Area! Dr. Robinson is great! I was hobbling along with pain in the back of my heel for years, and I finally went in to Dr. Robinson. He's been working with me since last summer, and was able to provide short-term and long-term relief. I'm now hiking every weekend - something I never imagined I would be able to do! Dr. Robinson and his staff are all very friendly and supportive, and I recommend them to anyone who is struggling with foot, heel, or ankle pain. You don't have to live with pain! I recently decided that it was finally time to correct a rather severe bunion that I've been ignoring for years. I was definitely nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Robinson took the time to really listen to all of my concerns and answer any questions that I had. The day of surgery went quite well. Dr. Robinson and the rest of the staff at the surgical center were extremely nice and really set my mind at ease. I had one question come up over the weekend after surgery and Dr. Robinson was easy to get in touch with and thoroughly answered my question. I was back to light exercise within 2 weeks of surgery and easy hiking within 2 months. All follow up appointments went well and he continued to communicate with me about the healing process. I'm now 5 months post op and I'm extremely pleased with the results. I have no remaining pain, no activity restrictions, the bunion has been corrected, and there is very minimal scarring. Dr. Robinson and his staff were absolutely wonderful! They were able to help me out quickly to resolve the issue of my ingrown toenail. His stuff in the front Renee and Jae were super friendly and helpful. Dr. Robinson was informative patient and made me feel comfortable and heard. My overall experience was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend to anybody who is out there searching for some much needed relief! Dr. Robinson and his staff were absolutely wonderful! First appointment was fine. Second was not. My ingrown toenail was removed but I did not come back to this office with any of my additional appointments and while the doctor called to apologize after my experience (which was nice) I do not intend to return to this office.

Best in the Bay Area. Highly recommended!

I began seeing Dr. Robinson a few years ago for heel pain. He prescribed orthotics and my pain was gone quickly. I had a bunion that had been getting worse so Dr. Robinson did a bunionectomy a few months ago. People had told me that their bunion surgery by other podiatrists was very painful. Dr. Robinson and his wonderful assistant Jay told me to follow their instructions which I did and I had hardly any pain or swelling. I'm just sorry I waited so long to have the surgery! Dr. Robinson is an excellent surgeon who is also very caring. His assistant Jay is so nice and I always have a good experience during my appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Robinson! Dr. Robinson is great— Jaye and the rest of his team are very friendly and responsive, and he really explains the problems and procedures well. I’ve been going to Dr. Robinson for several foot skeletal problems for about 5 years, and he’s always very honest about setting expectations, he’s really excellent in predicting outcomes. I’d highly recommend him.

Competence, humor, and a personal follow up call! My experience was excellent. Dr Robinson didn't end up treating me but his exam led him to refer me to a very good vascular specialist. The specialist found what Dr Robinson was suspicious of during his exam. Thank you very much for quickly acting on your suspicion, and the great referral. Dr Robinson called the vascular Dr. and also called me the same evening to make sure I was going to be seen the next day. I rarely write a review but wanted to let all know that Dr Robinson is also well connected and knows other good Drs. and actively works in the patients best interest. This is the best of Drs. Dr. Robinson has a lively manner and extremely gentle hands. He was able to walk my highly anxious child through several ingrown toenail procedures with great results. We will keep him on our family team!

Dr Robinson worked a miracle on my feet. As a nurse on my feet for long hours, I was in severe pain. Dr. Robinson got to the root of it and fixed it quickly without surgery and any time off work. I can’t thank him and his amazing staff enough!

I can't say enough about Dr. Robinson and his team. From the moment I came into his office I was impressed. Dr. Robinson is extremely knowledgable, personable and professional. He calls you personally to welcome you to the practice and then again once you have your procedure to check in. His office manager Jay is also equally delightful.
