After the ER completely misdiagnosing a broken and dislocated shoulder, Dr Vo and his team acted fast to diagnose me and schedule surgery. The entire experience could have been a tragedy if it wasn’t for Dr. Vo and his team. Had they not found the issue and rushed to get me in, I could have had irreparable damage to my tissue. I would 10/10 recommend their team and facility. The only con is that you end up waiting in the exam rooms a LONG time. But it’s all worth it in the end.

Dr. Vo is great!! He listens to me, answers all my questions and fully explains any information to me and makes sure that I understand everything before I leave the office. My shoulder surgery went perfectly and my recovery has been ok. Dr. Vo has reassured me that everything is on track and he communicates to the PT and my other doctor all pertinent information concerning my care. The office staff is great and the wait time is very short.

Dr. Vo has treated me and several of my family members over the last several years. He is very patient and listens to my concerns. He answered all my questions and did not make me feel rushed. I highly recommend him because it’s clear he really cares about his patients.

Fixed me up with three different unrelated, but necessary surgeries in one year. Dr. Vo will most certainly be the "go-to" physician for any more hand or upper body repairs. I'm very glad someone referred me to Dr. Vo's practice.

Always a pleasure seeing Dr. Vo. He always explains in detail what is going on with my injuries recommends the best possible solution for my recovery. All in all best Doctor in the metroplex.

Dr, Vo made this old lady feel very comfortable and informed. Very nice happy doctor! Listened to me then asked me questions then actually had answers and advise for me. Walked out after he gave me a couple of knee shots like I was 25 again.. no pain..

Great bedside manner. Kind and caring doctor. Took his time and explained everything. If needed, I will go to him again.

Dr. Vo is amazing. Spends time with you, explains the situation and takes you through the process really well.

Listens carefully, thorough exam, communicates with patient well, explains treatment to patient in easily understood terms.

I’ve have elbow pain and been seeing Dr. Vo for quite some time, he’s always listens first to my problems and then does his assessments on my elbows. Always a pleasure to seeing him and his staff

Well I went in to see Dr. Vo with a repetitve work injury and major unbearable pain in my wrists right at the joint. He barley saw me hastily tried to do a couple carpel tunnel tests on me asked me if it made my hands numb or I felt pain I replied my wrists hurt really bad and I have been in pain and tingly and numb for days/weeks/months so I couldnt tell if there was a change. He tapped down by my elbow twice then out of the blue insisted I have tennis elbow and then insisted on shooting me up with steroids even though I didn’t want to and don’t need steroids for tennis elbow as I don’t really have any symptoms related to it. He didn’t listen to a word I said about why I was there or where I was in pain and also told me no need to come back I was cured. Well I don’t have tennis elbow so I guess he was right my tennis elbow Is cured. Meanwhile I’m up in pain again all night with pain in my wrists (not tennis elbow and nowhere near where tennis elbow treatment would effect)

My visit was great! I was worked in to their schedule for a visit due to an injury. Waiting time was great and reasonable. All staff was polite, friendly and efficient. Dr. Vo explained everything well and was gentle and kind.

Dr. Vo is very good at explaining procedures and problems. He cares about your health in general.

Dr. Vo and staff are outstanding. He is very thorough when talking to you about what you came in for. What a great Dr.

Steroid injection in my wrist to relieve pain caused by carpel tunnel syndrome. The injection was painless, but later in the day my arm was quite sore. Next day no pain. Thanks Dr. Vo

Dr. Vo will always be my ortho physician. He and his staff are knowledgeable, prompt, thorough, efficient and friendly.

The visit was great, the doctor did a complete inspection of the problem and recommended what needed to be done before just recommending surgery.

Dr. Vo and the nursing staff he has have always been professional and fun to work with.

I have seen Dr. Vo over the years for new injuries and I will stick with him till he retires. He wasn’t on my insurance for a few years so I had to see other orthopedic doctors and wasn’t happy, I was at the point I was gonna just be a cash patient if that tells you anything!!

The Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center does it again. My third experience was just as great as my first two many years ago. Dr. Vo is very personable and easy to engage. He gave me a thorough explanation of my problem, what to expect, and what my options were. Highly recommended.

I work for a group of general surgeons. I referred one of my friends to Dr. Duc Vo to set up a consultation. She contacted the office, and the initial phone call to set up a the appointment did not go well. The staff member was very rude, not helpful, so much so, that she decided to go with another physician. The office manager needs to train the staff on phone etiquette and providing friendly patient service. The staff makes all the difference in a patient's experience. Unfortunately, Dr. Vo's staff has caused a loss of business.

Dr. Vo operated on my wife’s shoulder and was awesome. So when I injured mine, I knew I wanted him to treat me. I ended up needing surgery as well and he was fantastic. He always takes time to talk with his patients and genuinely cares about them. He doesn’t just tell you what he thinks you need, he gives you options. I always felt like I was part of the decision making process and that makes a huge difference as a patient.

Dr Vo is an exceptional doctor. I've seen him twice now, from 8 yrs ago and I just had shoulder surgery on 3/19/2019. He answered all of my questions with such a great bedside manner. His staff at the GB location is spot on. I highly recommend him without a doubt.

Dr Vo performed more procedures on me than I wished due to car wrecks. He is professional and very matter of fact, which I like. If I had a question, especially post-op, I got a call from him at the end of the day. He is the only doctor I have had that has called me 100% of the time when I requested a call from the doctor. He is busy. I am a matter of fact, straight to the point patient. Others are more long winded which causes office delays.
