Dr Olfson is a wonderful doctor. Listened to me and showed compassion. Was very intuned to the symptoms that I was expressing and took action. Very impressed.

I have been with Dr. Olfson for over 1 years. He has been responsive to my needs and always gives me choices. I appreciate him as a doctor who listens.

Well organized and friendly staff

Dr. Olfson, Susan and the entire staff have taken excellent care of me for more years than I care to remember. They truly care about my health, my well-being and me as a person. I have been seeing Dr Olfson for more then 10 years, awesome nurse Susan will always return calls, and dexterity skilled Vanessa, great front desk.

Dr. Olfson, Susan and the entire staff have taken excellent care of me for more years than I care to remember. They truly care about my health, my well-being and me as a person. I respect and appreciate their expertise, professionalism and their empathy. No one enjoys being sick but it's a lot easier with a doctor you trust taking care of you.

A little background first. About 7 mths prior saw dr Olfson after a dental cleaning. Throat and body aches. I’d seen another doc a couple weeks prior but medicine was not working. I knew I had strep then but dr olfson ordered a swabbing which I was good with just to be sure. It was positive. I got a script for amoxicillin and the throat and body got better. Fast forward to the next dental cleaning and I wake up a few days after, sick again with a sore throat. Hardly getting out of bed, everything hurting. The next day was better but I knew from before I didn’t want to let it go because it made comebacks. So I called for an appt early in the morning and was told dr olfson was busy but first avail over a week away. I made the appt anyway. I talked to my husband and we decided I would call dr olfson’s office and see if I could get the script for amoxicillin first and still have the appt later. I was phone transferred to the nurse who took the message and said she’d tell dr olfson and call back. Nobody called back until 4.5 hrs later and it was the nurse letting me know dr olfson was unaware I had a heart defect. I have no idea where that came from and told her the dentist/ strep throat problem again. She again said she would tell dr olfson and call back. Nobody called back and the next day was feeling worse again. So I called a Methodist supplied resource and explained the problem. She listened, made suggestions, and called the script to the pharmacy. Honestly, she was great and would recommend highly. Back to dr olfson, I still expected a call but it never came. After waiting a few days I called the office to cancel my appointment. The person answering the phone in the office told me there was no appt for me and added “ you were deleted.” No explanations, no nothing. Truly inconsiderate. A little background first. Probably the most caring doctor that I've ever seen. Dr. Olfson has been my doctor for more than a decade. He is fantastic.

Dr Olfson is a great doctor. I have been his patient for over 20 years. He is by far the best doctor I have ever had. The office staff is great and they always get me in and out quickly.

Dr. James Olfson, is very Excellent doctor, he really cares and takes time for you to ensure care and gives what I need, Love him, also the nurse Susan and Debbie are very kind and concern, Happy to have then on taking care of my health, Thank you so much to be that way.

Me and my family have seen Dr Olson 15 years. He is always great. Has seen my kids since they were 2 weeks. This office has watched them grow up. I consider them family.
