The nurses are kind and reassuring taking each call with care and nurse liaison as well. Dr. Flores is attentive, assuring, and highly specialized in Cardiovascular disease. Bedside manner is kind and thankful for his willingness to take time to answer questions.

They expect you 10 minutes prior to your appointment to checkin. My first visit I waited over an hour before being seen, second time almost two hours. I spoke with Dr.EF about why it was taking so long to be seen, his reply was that he had lots of patients, I told him that maybe he needed to reduce his numbers to see his patients on time. He had no reply to me on that comment. I suggest if you can find another Dr. but not this person. He does not care about your time, he care for the amount of patients he can $ee. It's quantity over quality of what I have seen. Also, he would rather ask you what you would like to do, really? He is a doctor, he should tell us what to do in his professional opinion. Real bad experience, not from the staff but from the Dr. My appointment was at 2pm, I arrived at 1:45pm. At 3:10pm, I asked if I was going to be seen and they told me it would be another 20 minutes because they were waiting on a room to open up. I just left.

He is truly a gift from God. I bump into other people who say oh yes, he saved my father or he saved my Tia. Well, he has given more time to my son and what more could a mother ask.
