Dr Richard is very knowledgeable and helpful. Her staff is great, everyone is so nice. I’ve been going for the excimer laser for my head and I continue to go just to maintain as it’s been working.

Her staff is so rude. Will never recommend patients.

Just called 10 freaking times to schedule an appointment and they didn’t respond.

Working on a year of treatments with the excimer laser for my hair and light box for body. I had exhausted all treatments for my eczema , psoriasis and vitiligo and was lucky to find Dr Richards and her top notch staff. I am very happy and plan on having my natural Native American skin back. I have my confidence and no more itch.

I have medicare insurance and I contacted Dr. Richard office in regards to receiving some light treatment for my itchy skin. I was as the basic questions by the receptionist, name, date of birth etc...and then i was asked what my nationality was. I thought this was strange but I had informed her that I was an African American male. The receptionist then asked if I had any other type of secondary insurance because medicare only pays for 80% of the bill. I told her I didn't but what my medicare wouldn't pay for, I would pay out of pocket. The receptionist then said she would turn this information over to Dr. Richard and i would receive a call back. The receptionist called me the next day and informed me that Dr. Richard informed her to tell me that I would be beneficial if I were to go to Johnson Hopkins Bayview which is about 15 miles from where I live. Whereby, Dr. Richard office that's located in Timonium is less than a mile down from my home in Cockeysville.. I asked the receptionist what she meant by more "Beneficial" but she couldn't answer the question. However, she did tell me she had a number to the Dermatology Department at the Bayview Center. I took the number but realized that Dr. Richard was racist and didn't care about her patients at all. Her only concern was treating people that looked like her and getting "PAID." This office makes it incredibly easy to schedule appointments. They might as well not have magazines in the waiting room, because there's almost never any wait. The staff of nurses is super friendly and helpful in administering light therapy.

I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Richardson and her staff twice weekly since March for debilitating Psoriasis and have always been treated with respect, competency, and professionalism.
