Had a basic well visit and asked the doctor for a prescription for a cream I am already using he billed me for well visit and sick visit and I was sent a bill !!!!

Had my basic well visit and asked the doctor to send a prescription for a face cream that I am already using I was billed twice once for my well visit and once for a sick visit just to get paid twice and had to pay my deductible never again won’t go there again horrible experience..nurse spoke to me over the phone and was yelling at me that I have to pay my bill however the put the billing codes wrong based on the billing department

Beware. They scam the insurance company and order unnecessary tests to line the doctors pocket. Maybe a mistake? Good luck trying to reason with them. Stay away.

Dr. Eric Last is a good doctor. He listens, cares, and knows his stuff. At least that's the impression I had the one time I got to see him in the three years of being one of his patients. When I had a severe acne outbreak back in like May-June, the lady told me the earliest appointment was in October, so when people say they had to wait three weeks I was blown away that the wait was so short! The only reason I got to see him was because someone had cancelled. Otherwise, I had to see the Nurses, and you're rolling the dice on the care you receive depending on who you get. He's a good doctor. He took care of my problem, listened, and was overall very pleasant. Like I said, he's very good. I just wish he was more readily available. Dr. Eric Last is a good doctor. I have been going to Dr. Last for 6 years. Professional and comprehensive care. The doctor, nurses and staff are very competent. Highly recommend.

This office is wonderful, Dr. Last is a very friendly and funny guy and I felt completely comfortable with him. I see the nurse practitioner Sarah and she is absolutely wonderful, really takes the time to listen and shows she cares. Sienna at the front desk, the best receptionist, very friendly and respectful, not like alot of receptionist, you can actually talk to her and not get an attitude back. I love this office, it always takes me a hard time to find a dr I actually like and am comfortable with but I'm so glad I found Dr. Last and his wonderful staff. Excellent doctor and staff. Great care. I have been a patient for 6 years.

Dr Last has no time to even see his patients- his answer- got the ER and pay a $500 deductible. Patient care comes first here.

Wonderful practice and Dr. Last and his staff are the best diagnosticians I have ever been too. Believed me and removed me carefully from medicine another doctor gave me erroneously.

Dr. Last is a wonderful, intelligent and compassionate physician. A very special doctor. Highly recommend.

Office calls me to confirm my appointment at 715 this Monday .... I call Monday to make sure I’m good after taking off of work and then they proceed to tell me my appt is Tuesday after leaving me a voicemail that says Monday then when I asked for a note to show my job the. Said no I wasn’t seen I can’t have a note .....

Compassionless staff. Dr. Last and the nurse practitioners don't get messages properly. They seem to care, but the staff do not. I'm a diabetic and get severe pain in my feet at night. Trying to get anyone in his office to respond is like asking for a miracle. Having just been to his office two months ago AND asking about this problem, I am still not being treated. This is NOT a case of looking for 'pain medication' (they don't typically work for this type of pain). There's no risk of dependency or abuse. The office just doesn't care. Compassionless staff. I've been going to Eric last for yearsssssss. I love all of the doctors and nurses. UPDATE: My previous ratinv was 5 now it's 2 . It took me over 3 weeks for an appointment. I was finally seen by a nurse practitioner who was very nice. I needed to return for a follow up and was told to call back when I was in pain. I did and the receptionists told me the best appointment time was another month away .I told her I was told to call and get another appointment when I had the pain but the receptionists refused to take me earlier. One of the biggest mistakes I've ever made in my life was to go to this doctor. The practice is a SHAM!

No New patience accepted until May or June. Didn't even ask why I needed to see the Dr.

I went to Dr Last on Friday, and I immediately loved him. Not only does he have a beautiful spirit that exudes compassion, he listens carefully, apologizes for charting in in front of you and is extremely smart and informative. I am so so happy I switched doctors .

I have always seen the practitioner, Sarah. This was my first time seeing Dr.Last. I was very happy with my visit. He was friendly, thorough and I felt very comfortable. It's the first time I've been to a doctor and didn't feel rush or like I was just another number. Very good bedside manner and kind. My only complaint is the front desk staff. The one who took my information wasn't rude, but just not friendly at all and makes you feel uncomfortable. The younger blonde girl was very friendly.
