Dr.Planken was very pleasant, kind & understanding. I’m a very nervous patient & she made me feel comfortable & at ease .

Dr. Planken will always try to squeeze you in for problems that arise if she can, takes her time to explain procedures and really does excellent work. She is the first dentist I have ever had that I’m not afraid to go to, highly recommend!

As always, the office was spotless and the staff was warm, friendly & professional. Wait times are always minimal.. I didn't even get to sit down before being brought into the operator. The Doctor spent extra time with me because I have other health issues. The cleaning was done quickly and painlessly (numbing gel at her suggestion). While dental visits are not my favorite things, visiting Dr. Planken's office is about as pleasant as one can be.

They were the sweetest team I’ve ever seen! Just so incredible! I can’t wait to go back!

Dr. Planken is very professional and has a warm personality . Office follows all COVID protocols !

I used to hate going to see a dentist until I’ve gone to see Dr Planken. She is one of the best dentist ever! I highly recommend her she does amazing work crowns, cleaning and is very knowledgeable also explains procedures. She also very thorough.

She is so nice and pleasant, she explains to you the process/procedure. I will keep coming to her, my dentist, definitely!!!

Coming here for 15 years, always professional and knowledgeable and I never have to wait. I would recommend this dentist to anybody from a simple cleaning to having cavities filled because I’ve done it all here and have never had an issue.

Dr Planken and her staff are very kind and helpful. The office is spotless and well run.

I give them 5 stars straight across the board, from the person who answers the phone. All the way to the top to the dentist, Macarena Planken. The are a group of people that are all kind, respectful professionals that are always there to help you. Which is getting increasingly difficult to find these days.

No wait, in fact, they took me earlier than my appointment. The entire staff is warm, friendly, professional and efficient. Dr. Planken fully explained an issue with my teeth and gave me several options and the expectations with each option. Dr. Planken is gentle, caring and very skilled. She was recommended by surgeon post implant. I was very pleased with the work. I traveled from Brooklyn to see her for my regular dental cleaning and follow-up. I highly recommended Dr.Planken.

All in all this place is great. Dr Planken is so nice and easy to work with. Most recently I got annoyed by the constant calling. Her staff has always been nice so I don’t know what this is all about. I confirmed my appointment yet I kept receiving calls and messages to confirm. I was busy with work and couldn’t answer the calls. To the point that they decided to call my son and my husband at work to see if I was coming in two days. Once an appt is confirmed no need for the constant calls. Other than this I’ve always had a great experience. All in all this place is great. Dr Planken is so nice and easy to work with. Dr. Planken is truly a professional, along with her pleasant staff and super sterile environment. I highly recommend this practice.

I had been seeing Dr Planken since relocated from Queens in 2016 recently my husband got upper and lower veneeers. This is very honest and professional practice, they do not push unnecessary dental work to add exta costs. I strongly recommend this practice. They promote preventative care and emphasize oral hygiene

Best dentist in the area. She knows and understands her patients and her advice is spot on...all the time. Friendly and personable staff is the icing on the cake. Cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr.Planken is.

Was on the search for a new dentist after the dentist I used, my entire life, retired. After reading many reviews on many dentists, I decided on Dr. Planken based on all of the terrific reviews of her patients. The old adage you only get to make one first impression is true and Dr. Planken's staff makes a tremendous first impression. The staff is more than polite and friendly. They truly make you feel as if you have known them forever. They are courteous, considerate and caring - add several more positive adjectives and it still would not convey what a wonderful team Dr. Planken has in her office. My first visit wasn't simple, I had had a dental implant and now was in need of an impression for a crown. Dr. Planken skillfully walked through the process with me and thoroughly explained what to expect in layman's terms. My second visit was for the insertion of the crown, but right before my visit, a veneer popped off a tooth. So I arrived with veneer in a ziploc and an unexpected issue for Dr. Planken. Dr. Planken handled my issue with such ease and made me feel so comfortable. The insertion of the crown also went perfectly. I am so thrilled to have found such a competent dentist who is kind and caring. I have already schedule my elderly parents for their first appointment with Dr. Planken. I have been coming to this office for the last 10 years and now I just started to bring my son who is 3. Dr.P is the best, you never have to worry that she is going to push any unnecessary procedures. She recommends things when it’s absolutely necessary and very thorough when it comes to care. My family has been going to Dr. Macarena Planken for over 10 years. We’ve always found her and her office staff to be very friendly and professional. She’s handled all our dental needs with utmost care. So happy to have found her.

I've been a patient of Dr. Planken many years & really appreciate the employees at the front desk & the assistant's whom work there. The office & equipnent is clean & modern. Dr. Planken is a caring & conservative dentist that does amazing work that is truly needed & listens to her patients. She does the bi-annual checkups & cleaning herself; which I think is great because she can really evaluate your entire oral health. Dr. Planken does beautiful, realistic crowns that I am very pleased about! Dr. Planken will smartly refer you to a good periodontist or endodontist as needed; which I've experienced. I've had a lot of previous dental work in & out of state - she's the best! Dr. Mac is awesome. She is kind and patient - explains what she's about to do. She doesn't make me feel bad about how many cavities I have. She numbs my gums when she cleans my teeth because I am terrified. I see her regularly and so does my whole family!

All I can say is that Dr. Planken is excellent as well as her staff. Recommend Dr. Planken highly. She is so nice and friendly and makes you so comfortable. I am a doctor and travel from Manhattan just to see her.
