I was very scared to go to the dentist again because of previous experiences. I had a wonderful experience here and everyone was very nice and caring. They took the time to explain everything which I appreciated. I would highly recommend!

Great experience. All COVID protection procedures are followed properly.

i have been going to Dr. Rich for close to 35 years and have found the office to always be very nice and friendly. Dr. Rich has always taken care of me in a professional and courteous manner.

Very professional office (Carole) and very friendly atmosphere (MaryLynn - hygienist). Norm a high quality old school dentist using updated procedures. Recommend highly (and I am NOT a relative, direct or indirect).

Dr. Rich and his team are the best! Although going to the dentist may not be my favorite thing...at least I know the staff is great. I had an amazing experience. The hygienist was a sweetheart & made me feel at ease. The dentist was great too! I would seriously recommend this place to anyone looking to get dental work. I will definitely be coming back! They took all the necessary covid precautions.

I came to this practice as a new patient. I was greeted with a friendly smile. They had all the safety precautions in place which made me feel both safe and secure. My hygienist was fantastic. She was both knowledgeable and professional. Her personality was awesome and I was able to bond with her immediately. I met Dr. Rich and he was so thorough. The staff was very thorough and professional. When shopping for a new dentist, it can be quite overwhelming, however Park Avenue Dental definitely eased any and all worries. They took all the proper safety precautions while showing me they truly care about me and my dental care. This is definitely a place to check out. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I loved this dentist appointment! The whole staff was warm and welcoming, and the hygienist Mary Lynne was incredible. She took the time to explain everything so well, going above and beyond, and was so gentle yet thorough in her cleaning! Her friendly nature made the visit very enjoyable as well. I especially appreciated Dr. Rich's cancer screening, which I've never had done before anywhere else. They also take all necessary precautions due to COVID-19, so I felt so safe the entire time. Amazing!!! I have never had a dental visit as AMAZING as this! The hygienist Mary Lynne was superb. She explained everything single detail about my teeth and was extremely gentle in cleaning my teeth. She was awesome!!! Dr. Rich was incredible as well. He did check my teeth after the hygienist was done and did special check up screening on my neck, mouth and tongue. The front desk lady was very nice and accommodating too! This place is clean! He is the best!! Always aware of any possible discomfort and is unbelievably gentle. I now travel over 40 miles to continue using his services.

Staff (Carol, Marylynne, Dr Rich) are all friendly and reassuring. No pain, no anxiety. All very patient and work around your scheduling needs.

Not that it's fun going to a dentists office but been going to Dr Rich's office for 30+ years and find him and his staff(old and new) to be both professional and friendly! Have and will recommend his facility to others...

Wonderful experience. I called the office to schedule an appointment due to being in extreme pain and although Dr. Rich was only in the office to do paperwork that day, I was told to come in right away. I was greeted by both the receptionist and doctor who were so nice. Dr. Rich spent the time explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions. I called Dr. Rich two days later due to an emergency and he immediately returned my phone call. He referred me to an excellent oral surgeon. Dr. Rich even called me the night of to follow up with me and to ask how I was doing. I am so thankful that I saw Dr. Rich. He absolutely made a terrible situation so much better. Such a wonderful office and a lovely team! I know my teeth are in great hands here. Honestly, I look forward to my teeth cleanings and checkups. It's always a pleasant experience walking into this office and Dr. Rich is extremely knowledgeable.

Hands down the BEST dentist I have ever been to! After going to ‘Kid Unfriendly Dentist’ growing up made me fearful of all dentist my entire life. Dr Rich is the first Dentist who made me feel totally comfortable, from the moment I got there, and throughout the procedure. He has an AMAZING Hygienist as well! I HIGHLY recommend Dr Norman Rich.

Extremely friendly and professional dental practice. I had not had a dental exam/cleaning in a considerable amount of time and felt a bit embarrassed but the staff was so amazing and made me feel right at ease and made recommendations for dental care at home and in the office going forward. They were so thorough and every employee that I met in this office really cares about doing their job well and keeping the patient comfortable. My wife and I have been going to Dr Rich for over 20 years. His work is excellent and his staff is always cordial and helpful. He has always been there for emergencies and follows up with you after intricate or problematic work. Obviously after 20 years we would recommend him for you to try. Dr Rich has been our family dentist for many years and has treated each of us (2 adults and 2 children) in an excellent manner. We have the upmost respect for Dr. Rich and he has become nearly a member of our family. We can, and do, recommend him for being a remarkable person and a fine medical provider.

Dr. Rich really knows what he's doing and does it well. Explains to you what is going on. Like his staff. Always a smile when you come in. Highly recommended.

Nice Staff

My experience at park avenue dental was a wonderful experience. The whole crew over there was very polite, friendly, and informative. I highly recommend them. I'm definitely happy my wife found them because now I have found my dentist.

Dr. Rich and his entire staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and professional! The night-guard Dr. Rich made for me is the best, I know I always have the best care when I come to this office.

Went to another dentist who couldnt get me an apointment for 2 months, Dr. Rich and his staff were able to get me in and get my fillings down within a week of calling. The procedure was quick and easy with very minimal pain, Dr. Rich was even kind enough to call me later on in the evening to make sure I was ok - you dont get that kind of service from anyone else, highly recomended!!!
