She was very kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, humble, involved, and understanding. She really has a plan for may while person while finding treatment for things that were too complicated for neurologists to understand, much less treat. I am excited to work with her.

If all Drs were this professional it would make life so much easier. Her staff, especially Savannah, are amazing. I highly recommend this office.

Maybe she was having a bad day when she decided not to take me as a patient. She did however order X-rays and accessed my medical records, then sending me home on a Friday evening with no recommendations for pain relief. After experiencing a bout of planters fasciitis that evening, called her office for some advice and was told I hadn’t been accepted as a patient yet and wouldn’t be given a prescription for the pain meds my doctor (recently retired) had prescribed for years. Please tell me what kind of practitioner let’s anyone go through agonizing pain without a plan or at least a short term solution. Her office did respond the next day and suggested I go to ER or go to another practice. I’m happy to see that some of her patients have had good experiences with her. She also canceled my wife, who was her actual patient too. Maybe she was having a bad day when she decided not to take me as a patient. Enjoy coming for appointments as I always feel better afterwards. Takes a great approach to pain and healing.

Dr. Farrell has been treating me for about 5 years. She is always familiar with the latest forms of treatments, I haven’t always experienced this with many physicians. Dr. Farrell is always pleasant, thorough, and on time when I have an appointment with her. She always has a positive, upbeat, and pleasant attitude, and she remembers my issues and history which I find very refreshing today. I would definitely recommend Dr. Farrell and her staff. I would not let my dog see her worst experience ever she needs to stay in Scottsdale. Waiting two hours plus for an appointment. Has no bed side manner not sure why she became a doctor. I know she says she is there for the patient not true. I have to leave a star so one it is i do not want to leave any. Very uncaring person.

Excellent. Dr. Farrell is extremely knowledgeable, and very easy to talk with. Roxana, the office manager, is patient and kind. I am highly impressed with this practice and will definitely go back again. And if anyone has to wait in her office, it is because she is providing undivided attention to a patient. So if I have to wait a bit I don’t mind.

She’s is ALWAYS late for all her scheduled appointments. I’ve waited between 20-90 minutes for my SCHEDULED appointments & every time I tell her that my time is also valuable. I think the reason she’s always running late after arriving late is that she allows some of her patients to ramble on & on & on about stupid things that have nothing to do with their health.

My husband has been to many Dr.'s in the last six years for knee pain. Each Dr. we saw said there is nothing that we can do for you, there is nothing wrong with you. We went to see Dr. Farrell and the very first visit she had my husband walk, lift his arms and other exercises. That is when she told us that there where multiple things wrong with him. She was the first Dr. to look outside the box to help my husband. I tell everyone what a wonderful Dr. she is.

I know she has alot of knowleage about what was wrong or going on with my body, very smart Lady. Was only seeing her for a short time, before she left the primary treating office location. Would like to go back and see her as my full time pain managment doctor if I could.
