This office made me wait over an hour to see Dr. Harasti, a dermatologist. Once in the exam room, I waited another 35 minutes before she came in. She spent less than 5 minutes with me and told me I would have to come back for the treatment I was seeking because “she had other patients.” Her office knew what my issue was and the treatment for which I was looking (which I have had before from another doctor). Dr. Harasti, I'm sorry but you lost a patient. Your receptionist/nurse, Bentley, told me during my September visit that she talked to my insurance company and told me that, after discussing with them, I owed a certain amount which I paid in office that day. Then I get a bill in the mail. I call the office in December and was told to send a copy of the bill and she'll take care of it. A month goes by, get another bill and nothing was fixed. I call the billing department and they say they'll reach out. Another month, nothing. Call billing again and I'm told they reached out and havent heard back. I call your office to speak to Bentley and she says to conference the call with the billing department and that she'll stay on hold. I go to do that and she hangs up on me before I can conference the call not 5 minutes later. I called the billing department again today because they have an update and tell me that the price is patient reaponsibility per your office. Why do I owe for your nurse's mistake? Went to Dr Harasti as a new patient last month. I do not like going to the doctors office. Something about the white coat scares me. Dr Harasti made me feel like I have known her for years. She is a very intelligent, caring doctor. All of my issues were handled. I needed a referral. The whole process went smoothly. Bentley took the time to explain my insurance to me which I appreciate. I found my doctor for life. Highly recommend this office.

Dr Eva Harasti SAVED MY LIFE! Back in February I was extremely ill and could not breathe. We talked about my symptoms and SHE LISTENED, prescribed medication and within a day I started to feel the meds working. Shes a miracle worker and really does care about her patients. Also, Bentley the front office gal is a fireball but she is also so very helpful and not afraid to work. Really thankful I had these two in my life when It mattered most. Dr Harasti is an awesome doctor. A shout out to BB for all of her help on the things my wife and I had to go through. I am a retired veteran and my wife served as well. This office truly cares about helping us. I will be bringing my kids to Dr Harasti. We fully trust her. Thank you for all of your help. We need more doctors out there like Dr Harasti. Dr. Harasti and I have developed a great patient-doctor relationship over the past 20+ years. She truly cares about the well being of her patients which is a hard find these days in the medical profession. Backed by decades of experience, she is detail-oriented, has great bedside manners, and really takes the time to listen and address my concerns in layman's terms. Furthermore, the office manager and front desk are always polite and extremely professional. When I am in a pinch, they do what they reasonably can to get me an appointment or address an administrative question. I am new patient to Dr. Harasti. I have only seen her for care a couple of times and I appreciate her kind approach and you get the feeling that she truly cares. Best doctor around. I finally found a great doctor. Thank goodness. If you want an intelligent caring doctor go see her. She solved my problem and really listens to you.

Doctor Eva Harasti is really awesome, but her office manager is horrible. She is very rude and is not polite. She is stopping and prolonging the care for my wife needs. She does not follow up with paper work, emails, and faxes. Always, constantly having to keep calling to make sure she did her job in filling out the forms or calling doctors that need approvals. For example, MRI's; If she is the cause of my wife dying for prolonging the care my wife needs for her breast cancer. I'm suing Bentley!! I believe that is her name. The lady who sits in the back. She has the worse attitude and has no manners, she is very lazy does not follow thru with anything the Dr tells her to do. Many other Doctors have complained regarding the the back office manager. She pushes patients and referrals away do to having to deal with her attitude. I am a Disable Army Veteran, I fought for this country. I have 2 deployments one to Iraq and one to Guantanamo and this is what i have to deal with? for treating my wife like this. The Dr. Is an amazing Woman. Very knowledgeable and informative. Sad thing though is her office staff Bentley i believe the name. The lady who sits in the back. She has the worse bed side manner is very lazy does not follow thru in anything the Dr tells her. Many Drs have complained regarding her employee. In my 20 plus years in thr medical field, she definitely needs to retire, find another job or they need to fire her. Its pushing patients and referrals away just to have to deal with her. The best doctor ever. Had past issues with my provider, change plans contact Dr. HARASTI and I love this doctor...the first Dr. that ever took time to listen to me and she gave me a hug after. Luv Luv Luv

Love Dr. Harasti- she's saved my son's life & is very personable, caring, brilliant & just the best Dr. My family has ever had & lots of friends also! She had a terrible front Desk MA but she's gone now- as of this June 2017- so we can all expect a better customer service now! She always listens to you & doesn't rush you out of your appointment- she's a real Gem-I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She has a brilliant sense of humor also- always have many laughs during an appointment as she also remains completely professional at the same time- as she has a great respect for her patient's!!!! I really like Dr. Harasti. She is thorough, but common sense. I feel like I can ask her anything. She spends a lot of time per patient, which is great, although this turns into long wait times. She's worth waiting for.

Her office called to tell me my lab results are normal. When I asked for numbers they said it will cost $5 to get a copy of the report. I called again to ask for just 2 specific numbers and they gave them to me. When I called to ask for the units the numbers are in, whether it's mg, or ng,etc., she raised her voice and yelled at me saying there are no units, just numbers and she doesn't have time to put up with these questions because I had called 3 times and she's upset. Totally unprofessional!

Horrible experience after being a patient for several yrs!!! Referred me to the wrong specialist....had to wait a month to see specialist... So... I wasted 1/2 a day due to specialist saying why was i referred to him??? He was the wrong doctor for my needs. This was a nightmare..... Switched doctors ASAP.... She needs to retire! I don't even want to give her a start... I guess needed to submit...

Yesterday I had my first appointment with Dr. Harasti. Was very impressed with her and the girl in her office (I forget her name) was very pleasant as well. It's nice to have found a dr. I feel comfortable with and Dr. Harasti (although still new to me) seems to be just what I was looking for.

Dr. Harasti is the best doctor around. Very smart and caring. She is really attentive and knowledgeable. Glad to have found such a great doctor. Will be bringing my family to her. Staff really nice and efficient also. Good location.

The doctor is excelent, but the receptionist is rude, indiferent and makes it clear that your health is not her concern. I called to make an appointment to see the results of my blood test because I had my yearly physical done, she told me I did not need to see the doctor for that, I insisted, so she got my chart and told me that my tests were normal. And I asked her to be more specific, she said it's all normal you don't need to see the doctor. When I go there and the waiting room is empty and I'm standing right next to her window so she can see me, she still shouts my full name out loud to request the co payment even though there is nobody else in the room instead of just calling me by my first name in a regular tone of voice.She never makes eye contact and if you complain with the doctor she changes the subject.
