Dr. Chen is the best primary care physician we have come across! He is so knowledgeable and caring. His professional suggestions are strongly backed by his extensive research background, which is so unique and impressive based on my family's experiences. Staffs and nurses are also great!

I took my dad to see doctor for my dad blood result. So we wait 2 hour 30 mint for nothing. Because doctor do nothing just walking back and forward in office. He try to take care other doctor patient not his patient. And I ask cannot u guy tell me my dad blood test is fine. They said don't know you have to talk to the doctor. Dr. Chen is awesome he care about his patients he listens to your concerns and he doesn't sugar coat he tells you just like it is. he's not one of those doctors that just rush you through. I first met Dr. Chen when I was hospitalized and he's been my Doctor every since and its been over 5 years and he's still awesome so is his staff.

Cant even get an appointment as a new patient until july, what a joke. Wont even offer new patients telehealth appointments.

He is a sincere Dr that doesn’t tell you what you want to hear yet at the same time gives you hope and good consultation. He takes notes and is warm and friendly. He will answer his cell phone and take anyone’s call anytime.

Terrible! They never answer the phone, and never call back. Crazy way to run a business.

Dr. Chen is AMAZING! He is a dying breed of Physician in that he TRULY cares for his patients. We have been fortunate enough to have him care for my daughter, after a life altering illness. He is constantly attentive to all the patients he sees at the sub acute she is currently residing in. We are thankful for Dr. Chen.

Dr. Chen is a rare breed!!! A Doctor that TRULY CARES about his patients! He visits them often and follows them closely. My daughter is in a sub acute and he is one of the few Physicians that is often there to see his patients. SO blessed to have him.

Dr. Chen sits with you and listens patiently to what you have to say. Its comforting that a doctor in today's world actually listens, instead of burying their nose into a laptop. He doesn't push medication onto you unless its absolutely necessary. I haven't been so happy with a doctor in a long long time.
