Rude. No respect for her patients. Worst experience.

3 hours to see this doctor, horrible experience to wait with my infant to see this doctor, they need to improve their appointments schedule and time management…

Due to Dr. Aziz's prompt care, I was able to deal with covid19 complications. I would like to thank her and her staff for being an exceptional support during hard times.

Wish I could give them 0 stars! Extremely incompetent doctors and staff. Have left her office crying multiple times…beyond disrespectful and rude! The whole waiting room will hear your business because she’s always shouting. How is she able to practice? pretty sure that’s a HIPPA violation, plus she’s given me incorrect test results and incorrect diagnoses multiple times! The office will make appointments without asking the patient, and when the patient calls for an appointment, they tell you that they can’t give an appointment, the dr will decide if she wants to see you…WHAT THE HELL? I wish I could give this doctor negative stars. The worst doctor and worst human. Mistreats and harasseses patients. Elderly desi patients come here because she speaks their language. My mother was her patient and suffered years of verbal mistreatment from her. Today we had it when my mother came home crying because of the disrespectful language and verbal abuse she experienced with the doctor. We had to bring the police to her office to make a complaint for this behaviour. She yelled at my mother for seeing a specialist of her own choice rather than the one she suggested. She said that it's not her responsibility to share reports to the specialist. I am a medical professional myself and this is not the way to speak to a patient. Patient should not be emotionally shattered and anxious at the doctor. My mom came home with tears in her eyes and with palpitations. These people stay in business at the mercy of desi patients that have no choice because of language or physical barriers. Extremely rude, unprofessional to her patients and staff. I don’t ever waste my time leaving bad reviews, but instead I would rather talk to them directly. However, this physician has really crossed her limits by telling her secretary to call my mother to “stop calling and bothering the doctor...” and my mother explained that she had not called. I had called ONCE and left a voicemail to inquire about a specialist. I don’t understand how is that “bothering the doctor”. No bedside manner. Extremely disappointed in this physicians behavior. Best best doctor

I would never recommend this office to my worst enemy. The receptionists are RUDE! They do not know how to speak to people. They do not know how to treat with the elderly. They are uncaring and unwilling to help. They show no compassion or empathy. The worst treatment I have ever received from a Dr. office. Dr. Aziz seriously need to examine her staff. They have no customer service whatsoever. Their response to asking a question is the go on the defensive because they know they're wrong! Worst office EVER! Avoid if you can!

This doctor’s behavior and attitude toward her patients is unfathomable. She is often impatient and doesn’t talk to her patients and their families in a kind manner. My experience with Dr. Aziz is certainly not a good one, she’s is very disrespectful to not only her patients but from what I have observed she is rude to her front desk staff as well. I’ve seen this doctor yell & scream at the top of her lungs when her CNA tried inquiring if I would be able to have my physical exam completed only because I was given an appointment to come in and I sat for over an hour, somehow there was a mix up on their part where no more appointments were to be given but was anyway causing patients to come in as scheduled. Dr. Aziz refused to see patients when informed of the situation, screamed & slammed her door , not to mention she had a patient sitting in her exam room. Her excuse as per her staff” doctor is going on vacation therefore she’s not seeing patients “ the person who gave you the appointment is new , thank god I wasn’t sick or dying of any need to seek medical attention. This Dr place is no good. the waiting time is 5-6 hours even after you take the appointment.Bad handling of patients. My mother got her surgery done and took the appointment and had to wait for 4 hours. everytime we go here all the patients are waiting for 3-4 hours minimum. She is the most rudest and unprofessional doctor I have seen in my life. She doesn’t know how to speak to patients and she started to yell at me for no reason. I came out from the office crying. Never ever go to this rude doctor even she is the last doctor on planet.

My Mother is her patient because she wants some Urdu speaking dr to explain her medical problems. Some of my family friends told me not to select Dr Farzana Aziz as her PCP because she is very rude / treating her patients with no respect and always speak in screaming and inhuman tone with patients.... Now I observed and experiencing the same issues.. and make up my mind to change this dr... I never recommend anyone to Dr Farzana Aziz by myself... she is the most worst Dr I ever met in New York.

I was her patient. She got very upset as I would not go see her other than my well checks and she does not get paid for well checks. Contesting charges which she put on my well check trip to make extra money. She has the worse manners. Very rude and does not treat patients with respect or even her own staff... treats her staff like slaves and routinely discusses patients private matters with her staff so loud across the hall that all the patients sitting in waiting room can hear.
