I usually don’t write reviews but this place if I could I will give 0 stars. Avoid! Shortly they saw my Newborn at the hospital maybe for 3-5minutes guess how much was the bill they sent us- over $330 basically for temperature check

Currently in the waiting room. It’s 4:13 and my son’s appointment was 3:30. No one says anything. I go ask and am told 2 more patients ahead of us. ????

My children have a excellent experience every time they visit Kids Care Pediatrics. There is a feeling of being with family there. The doctors and staff are caring and warm.

The staff are so friendly and courteous. The wait time for visits are usually super short anywhere from 5-10min. Checking in and out is quick too and I’ve never had any issues. I would continue to come here for my child and future children as well

Took my money never got reimbursed. It's been 2yrs now. I called, I went in person. It's always Dr. who writes the checks never available. Word of advice to the doctor- fire the front desk staff or retrain them- too ghetto to take professional advice from well meaning customers. They act like they own the place.

I called yesterday 11/2/20 to make an appointment for my daughter. I explained the situation in detail to the receptionist who answered the phone. She did not respond. I said "hello' and she said give me a second and was talking to someone else in the background as if what I said to her wasn't important. Then she put me on hold for ten minutes to have me explain all over again about the appointment I needed to make. She was snotty, rude and unprofessional. And acted as if she didn't want to help me. Honestly They are amazing, I have been going here for 4 years and will also be going here for my newborn, they are a busy office rightfully so, and have procedures in place to run as smoothly as possible. The nurses and receptionists are all sweet, The doctors are great and they all remember your babies as they get older I appreciate that. There are no words for this place. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I gave them my sons school form and they lost it. They took money and lose the paper. I am done with them and taking my kids elsewhere.

The doctor are nice but the receptionist are so rude and unprofessional . they don't know how to talk the people . if they don't like customer service they should change their field .

Do not waste your time coming here ! I Took my son for his 6 month app and waited an hour and 10 minutes and never got called, my boyfriend asked them what happened since we have an 11:15 app and it was now an hour later and they stated they would Call us soon. On top of that they were calling kids that looked older than 16, while my 6 month old son left. We then decided to leave and look for another pediatrician. This office gave us the hardest time to get our sons medical records. They did not want to fax anything to another office, and then stated that we would have to come there for the records. When my bf picked it up, he got a cd which the new pediatrician did not accept. Once i called them back to tell them that they want paper records (as records should be) they stated that they charge per page. Excellent place, very professional. My kids have been going here since they were born and they have never disappointed.

Dr. Pearlman & Dr. Feinstein are amazing! The front desk staff and assistants are warm and professional.

Honestly if you’re looking for a great set of pediatricians in the Elmont area, this is honestly the best office. While at times you may have to wait a bit, when it comes to communication they’re awesome. As a parent you have to be vocal and advocate and question things, and they never make me feel awkward or wrong for wanting the best for my kids. I love the receptionist team because not many people understand urgency and they have helped make sure my children’s paperwork is always sorted and always willing to fax if I need (and trust me, I’m always there for paperwork ????). My daughter is 8 and has been coming here since she was born. Excellent Doctors, friendly and professional staff, just sometimes you have to wait to get appointments scheduled fast.

Great place to take you kids for outstanding care.

Dr Feinstein is great!!! He takes the time and listens to all your questions and concerns. I never feel rushed.

i recommend anyone to this office. i love everyone, becing that i was a patient since 10yrs old now 26 with two children of my own. they go to him. i however do not like the new female doctor there like really. she doesn't really have bed side manners, and always seem in a rush. and if something was wrong with ur insurance she will not see you. No sympathy. i had insurance the card just wasn't sent yet. However Dr. Feinstein saw me and my then 4 day old son, and made me feel so much better. i was almost in tears. like u see this newborn and all you care about is how you're going to get ur money. long story short of course i received my card the very next day called and told them the info. However i will not EVER see her, if she's the only doctor available i will reschedule ....
