I love the attention to detail with my visit all the time here. The ladies in the front are sweet and warm, Nataly is always so welcoming, and Dr.Gaughan takes care of me and hears me out.

I went to see Dr. Vidyasagar because I was in a car accident, I had major headaches, feeling dizzy and my neck was hurting. She spent approximately 4 to 5 minutes evaluating me. I had a very bad experience with her Dr. Vidyasagar. She would not let me get a word out to explain my situation about what happened. She was very rude, disrespectful and most times I could not understand her. I work in health care and the behavior Dr. Vidyasagar displayed was horrific. She went on to tell me how long she was a doctor. I really think its time for her to retire. The people there knows how she is and just makes excuses for here. If you go to a doctor you should feel well taken care of. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. WORST PLACE EVER. I had to get a 2nd opinion from another well qualified neurologist in the Bronx and he was very knowledgeable and I loved my visit. I left there well educated about my situation. Going there for 3 years and got the best treatment.

I made an appointment and was seen later on that evening. The doctor stayed a bit longer to see me. I was appreciative of that.
