Not sure HOW they KEEP deleting my review but DO NOT waste your time here. I don’t have time to re-write in details what I previously wrote/experienced. I definitely would NOT trust a pediatrician that cannot handle honest criticism. And ONLY keep the good reviews. Go to Pediatric Southwest (all great doctors & office STAFF) if you have to stay in the Desoto location. This place is worthless and by far the worse experience ever, starting with the front receptionist chick. She needs a new job!!! She’s the main reason we left. I shouldn’t have to experience an attitude when I already have a sick kid. The words I was going to say to her were not Chrisitian so we relocated and THAT WAS OUR BEST DECISION. I've been going to Dr. Issa since my daughters we're young - they're now 24 and 26. Now my grand daughter is her newest patient - I just love her and her ataff.

Dr. Issa and staff are AMAZING! We have been seeing her practice for 17 years and she and staff are always professional and personable, taking time with my family and giving excellent up-to-date medical care. Highly recommend

Highly recommended children’s pediatrician I know of within the 25mi radius of Duncanville! Dr. Issa is very well knowledgeable with the care needed for my 6yr old and newborn! Dr. Issa even makes the effort to work outside her office hours to inform me of test results. And that truly shows how much she cares for each and everyone of her patients! Wonderful staff! The worst doctors office I've been to they only want money they do not care about your kids don't take them to this office

PLEASE TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE ! I HATE IT HERE DO NOT COME HERE. The nurse took 3 trys to get my daughters blood.(she stayed still) I don't usually like going unless emergencys. I hope I get better care next time. They also have no clue what they are doing. Very Unprofessional.

Great office! I always have a wonderful experience here from start to finish. The staff is very helpful and understanding. I truly trust and recommend this office!

Love dr.Issa so much!!! She knows what she’s doing and ensures your safety/comfort!! Her and her team really take great care of their patients!! Definitely come here if she’s in your area!

Dr. Issa was my son’s pediatrician from the day he was born up until he turned 18. She was awesome the entire time . I was so sad when my son finally said, “ Mom, I really need a regular Dr. now.” ???? Hated to transition him but time marches on. I love Dr. Issa! I recommend her all the time to my friends with children. She’s so sweet and patient which are the perfect qualities you want in a good pediatrician!!

Great staff, waiting time is very short, dr issa take great care examining them at every visit. You can see that she genuinely loves her job and we appreciate her for that

I just took my daughter here for her 2 month visit and shots. I was very happy with the office and staff. The building is nice in a good part of town. Nice and clean. The staff was very good and helpful. I was seen right at my appointment time with no wait. Little girl didn't like getting her shots, of course, but the nurses were very gentle and patient. I understand this office location is not in the best area, but regardless I still expect professionalism. Take your kids to a doctor that REALLY cares and appreciate your business because YOUR business is what keeps Dr.Issa in business..

First off, I will say that the receptionist is totally rude and smart mouth. I called the office to get my daughters shot records on Monday and I was infomed they werent ready. I went to dr issa office yesterday and was told they did not have time to get to it until today. One of the nurses assured me that it would be done today 2:30pm. I called again today and said i will be up there to pick up my daughters shot records and they receptionist informs me that Dr. Issa wouldnt be in until 3pm. First off these was suppose to be done on Monday. I had informed her how I have been calling and coming up there since monday and she catches a attitude and says I dont know what to tell you, you can come up here after 3. I needed my daughter shot records in order to get her social security card. The receptionist was rude to me and the staff makes promises they cannot keep. There timeliness and being unorganized is horrendous. Hopefully Dr. Issa will see this and talk to her staff members about being customer service friendly and being organize. I wrote a review 2 years ago and it's gone. Nothing has changed with this Doctors staff Customer Service. My Daughter has left work four Times(4) due to Dr. Issa staff telling her my Granddaughters shot record would be available the next. Until today they are not ready. That leads me to believe they do not properly record when giving children shots, or etc. Bad record keeping and all those stars but no written review speaks volume. We will be looking for a Doctors office that keep accurate and timely records. This will be placed on social media not to come here and on Next Door APPs. I wrote a review 2 years ago and it's gone. I miss Dr. Issa, she was my pediatrician when I was in school. In 2016 she was my baby's doctor. Until I switched to Medicaid Amerigroup ugh I am so mad she doesn't accept that insurance.

Dr Issa’s office is very welcoming, there isn't much wait time.The office is clean and they provide entertainment for the kids while you wait. Dr. Issa was my husband doctor growing up and now takes care of my six year old daughter and three year old son. She always talks to them and is patient with them. The rooms are welcoming, colorful, and have toys. I know when going to Dr. Issa’s office I will leave satisfied knowing my children are being provide with the best care. 1st time new patient visit here on today for my 2 year old. Awesome staff. And an even better Doctor!! I was very impressed. Dr. Issa has wonderful beside manners. She was very pleasant and great with my son. I am proud to say we have found our new pediatrician. We showed up 30 mins before our appt and was in an exam room less than 15 minutes later. Have taken my son there since he was 3. Hate that his time has come to an end not that he will be 19. Excellent doctor whom is truly concerned about her patients. If I could do it all over again I would. Professional doctor with an professional staff, family oriented. If you are look for a doctor, look no further.

When our 1st child was born we tried out a doctor who didn't seem to care much about our baby and Dr. Issa was referred. My husband and I appreciated the connection she had with out first born. She truly cares about our children. Now we take all three of our children!

Dr. Issa has been the family doctor for our kids. She and her staff has been with us since my oldest niece was born 21 years ago. She has been the doctor of my only child who is 10 and my nieces and nephews. We love this lady. We couldn't and wouldn't dream of taking our kids anywhere else.

Can't say enough good things. Dr. Issa is great. We have been with her for almost 14 years.

My visit with Dr. Issa Ghadir was a pleasant experience. It is very welcoming. When you walk in you are greeted promptly. There isnt much waiting. It is very cIean. They have cartoon movies and a maze square game. took my daughter 10 minutes before her appointment. Did small short paper work and walked in shortly. Dr. Issa made my 6 yr old daughter feel very welcome, comfortable. She did small talk directly with her instead of me. Which i liked because it made the transition of a new dr to my daughter much easier. The rooms are very clean. Super cute with kinder chairs and kids decor, child books, dolls... The medical assistants are very helpful, also interacted with my child. Over all a great experience. I am happy client so far. My visit with Dr. Issa Ghadir was a pleasant experience. She is very good with the kids. Great bedside manner. She was my doctor growing up and now is my sons.

I have 2 sons, and my 1st son, who is now 19yrs old, was referrred to Dr. Issa from Dr. Bishara after his retirement. My oldest son loved her and so did I and she had him as a patient until he turned 17yrs old. Now my 10yr who has also been seeing Dr. Issa since he was born loves her. She is very attentive and always available. Facility is always nice and clean and staff is great...... I highly recommend her as your child peditrician.
