Absolutely love Dr. Ayars and his staff! Everyone is friendly and thorough with all of their procedures including sanitizing after patients.

This is best dentist office for minors. I wish I would have came sooner. The staff is really nice and helpful and the dentist is amazing. He takes his time with the patient and makes them comfortable which is needed with children. He was constantly communicating with me and my son which made it a great experience for both of us. Highly recommend and will not go anywhere else.

Would not recommend. The staff was great. The dentist wasn’t. He seemed grumpy, and when I asked questions because he wasn’t explaining anything or askin ANY questions at all. I received short answers. I will not be returning and would not recommend anyone. I said it looked like two teeth coming in right next to each other and he said “every one always thinks that but it’s his gums”. Sure enough they’re in now and it is 2 teeth right on top of the other. Going to get a second opinion now. What a waste. Most dentists say how often to brush, ask if they’re still on bottles, ask what they drink and how much. None of that was asked.

All the people that works there are very helpful and polite.

My grandkids have been going to Dr. Ayars for 13 years and each visit was pleasant. Staff and Dr. Ayars are very friendly and caring. More should be like them.

Highly recommend this office. My little boy chipped his front teeth, bicycle accident. He was so scared and nervous, but Dr. Ayars and his staff made him feel so at ease while working on his teeth. The dentist is too rough. He held my son down so hard he left markings. I didn’t go back to a dentist in a year because of how horrible my experience with doctor Todd was, I was scared it would happen again. He didn’t try to talk to him or try to make it work, he’ll barely even talk to you or your child. As soon as he got there the said you hold his legs and arms and continued to pin him down and put his fingers in his mouth. Today I came to a new dentist and things were completely different. They were kind and my son didn’t come out with bruises. Overall I would never go here again or recommend anyone. He’s so rude to his patients won’t give you the time of day as the parent and there is 0 privacy as far as the set up of the clinic. The dentist is too rough. I wish they would state that they only see children patients only. The staff over the phone was sweet. Wish they had dentist offices with sweet kind employees that would see children and adults. Please don’t get confused like i did. Thanks. Vionna C .

We have been taking our daughter to Dr. Ayers for 10 years. He is ALL about the kids and we wouldn't go anywhere else!! 10 out of 10 for service, quality and care!!!!

Dr. Ayars is amazing!! My daughter loves him and the entire office staff. I’ll trust Dr Ayars with my own teeth if I was young enough.

We love this dentist! We pay cash for dental services so all these “tv-on-the-ceiling-call-an-anesthesiologist-if-the-kid-whimpers-your-kid-has-12-cavities-every-time” are way over-priced for us. When my daughter actually needed to have a crown she didn’t even know Dr. Ayars had given her a shot- he was that good. We moved out to east Texas a year ago and we drive 2 1/2 hours still to take our kids there since we trust that he won’t lie to us about the work that needs doing and he’ll charge a fair price. I enjoy our visit each time we come. One thing that settled me the 1st time we went was Dr. Ayars actually read the paperwork I filled out prior to addressing each of my children. He is patient and moves calmly which is necessary for my bunch. I appreciate every tech and receptionist. Thank you for making each trip to the dentist an easy, pleasant experience. Excellent dentist, my daughter has been a patient since 2004/2005 and absolutely loves his office.

My child is 11 months old with a blood condition. Regardless of his age or condition ,ANY doctors office, ESPECIALLY A CHILDREN'S DOCTOR , thier place should be in prestine condition! I really should've taken pictures ! Their childrens play mat we're covered in hay/grass . The stuffed animals looked like they had not been washed in MONTHS!! On top of that, this was my son's first dental appointment , I set my expectations high! You're a doctor whos specialty is children! This doctor comes in the room , does NOT introduce himself to me or my son! I ask him "are you Dr. Ayars?" He replies "oh yes , I apologize I was reading the paperwork" Which really I do not know what he was reading because I had to repeat information that he was so called " reading" . Horrible experience for me and my son , we won't be back. The only reason I tried this place because it was close and they had good ratings . I don't know who the people from these other reviews met , but I did not meet the same man. Only reason they get a 2 star rating is because the staff was okay . Please reconsider this doctor !! Dr. Ayars & his entire staff are polite & very friendly. Works wonderful wt kids & anytime you need appt, they will work you in. I highly recommend him for yr kids.

Kid friendly on time goes over everything about your visit no wait with your appt. My son, Devin does not particularly like going to dentist, but Dr. Ayars and his staff always have the same demeanor and getting him to cooperate.....and that is saying a lot....And the kids visit the treasure chest for prize after visit

I was referred to Dr. Ayars after a relative suggested I try his practice for my boys. We'd been going to Bear Creek. Ugh!!! Absolutely worst experience and then we waited for 6 HOURS on a new patient visit!!! But I've had nothing but positive experiences with this office, even when we've been problem patients ie; missed appts or arriving late. The ladies working the front and back office are amazing considering they're like teachers, paid to deal with our children. We're never treated rudely nor do we ever have a long wait. One of my son's is on the spectrum and they're always understanding and have never given me a reason to doubt bringing my children here. For the one negative comment ????????????????; please go to Bear Creek or South Texas Dental or visit a busy peds office after a bunch of kids comes through, as they do and maybe you'll have a different outlook. Or maybe someone's been watching too much Sleeping With The Enemy, I don't know. But I'm a nurse and I could only imagine a peds office looking like most families homes where there are small children. Hey!!! And what do you know, medical offices that cater to children do too. Then his bedside manner... Look folks, go hang around or at least try to catch a glimpse at back office medical and dental. Maybe you don't really understand the amount of work, phone calls, scripts to call in, ppl to check in and out, insurance calls, ppl yelling about their meds script or appts, babies screaming in the lobby, kids trying to tear up things, and trying to clean up the grass and hay so we don't have to hear about how dirty the office is in a pediatric practice where there's are KIDS... Sometimes ppl are gonna be so tired and overworked but still come in and deal with your children, regardless of what their own children maybe putting them through. Ppl forget ppl get busy and when the rush is on, yes somethings fall through the cracks, like Hi I'm Dr. Ayars. Take a chill lady and stop overthinking and reading more into stuff, ugh!!????????Vent session over...☺☺ We drive nearly 50 miles to come here and until we move more than 50 miles away they'll be seeing Dr. Ayars. ???????? We love Dr. Ayars! I am so pleased to find a dentist that doesn’t push unnecessary work. He always makes my kids feel comfortable.

If you've had any concerns about your kid's dentist over treating or wanting to use general anesthesia to get work done, PLEASE go see Dr Ayars! My daughter has an extremely sensitive gag reflex and no other dentist wanted to try and work through it with her..they'd rather just put her to sleep. Dr Ayars managed to get the work done with just nitrous and my daughter did great! I feel a burden lifted finally having a pediatric dentist my child and I can both feel comfortable with. Dr. Todd Ayars is an amazing dentist, my kids actually aren't fighting me when I tell them it's time for their dental check up. The staff is friendly and we are in and out in less than an hour.

Dr Ayars is MAGNIFICENT! Out of all the dentists in DFW he's the only one I'd highly recommend for ALL kids. I have never met any doctor so nice and charming like himself. His staff is extremely friendly, pleasant, good humored and most importantly, savvy and skilled at working with children. The office is one of the newest, cleanest, cutting edge technology dentist I've seen. Personally I do not give reviews unless someone really stands out and he's by far one of the best of the best. Dr Todd is wonderful with my special needs son. He's patient and doesn't push him. He's a great pedi dentist!

Dr. Ayers is the best children dentist. My son is 16 and still goes to Dr. Ayers. I hate the day he has to leave and go to another dentist.

Dr. Ayars is fantastic and quick with my wiggle worm 2 year old! My kiddo loved the decor, mainly the fish tank and train set. They have friendly staff and an office manager that is efficient and helpful.

Dr Ayars is the best pediatric dentist I've ever seen! He has kept my 5 yr old's smile beautiful since she was 3! Went thru 4 dentists before we found him. And a what blessing he's been. :-)
