The service of this ESTABLISHMENT is horrible. The STAFF is RIDICULOUSLY rude. If there was an option for no stars that’s what I would’ve selected. I will never come back here EVER.

This a new Dr for me and last week I came at 2:25 pm and left the office at 6:15 pm. today 2/22/22 I got my follow up appointment at 10 am I got to the office at 9:30 thinking I will be the first seeing by the Dr since he start seeing patients at 10 am. it's 11:30 and not been seeing yet. THIS IS IT, its a ridiculous time frame to be waiting in a Dr office not even at the ER you wait soooooooo looooong. Make me really mad. Am I the only one waiting this long or what? 2 stars because Dr. Kuci is cool as hell as a person. Medical practice if screwed to put lightly.Always over booked always look to be behing about 2 hours. Which means when you do see him he will be rushing to get to the next. I was a patient here 3 years ago left for this reason figured I'd try again an it's the same way. There is no time to get attention needed you basically tell him what's wrong and pay your fee . I have heart failure although I'm not in failure anymore I still expect to be given preventave treatment. I was not asked one question about my failure. Quite possibly due to him not having time to read my chart. Actually he didn't have my chart just a blank piece of paper I remember him asking my prescription list and looking at his clipboard raising the check-in sheet and nothing was under. He is a good doctor he will take the time to make sure he understands all that is going on and will make time to help when things need it.

Waiting time i unreal . way make an appointment then. Appointment at 1:00 see the doctoe at 4:00 for a 5 min result in doctor to patient time.

Dr. kusi is distinguished by his accurate diagnosis ,his patience with patients,humble,smart Gives each patient adequate attention He deserves respect

Wait time is excruciating!

Once they figured out I was leaving this doctor, they could not fax because "it was so much paper". Wait time was always ridiculous. He tries to hide his terrible time management by saying he deeply examines all his patients files. What's funny, my first visit, he said he took his time to read my files just like everyone else. My files had not even arrived from my old doctor. All the reviews from years back still hold up. New doctor chuckled as they never heard giving patients files by hand to the new doctor. I've had several appointments and still don't know what my medical diagnosis is. Dr. Fordjour seems carrying but i feel he overbooks his appointments and have you waiting 2 and 3 hours just so he can collect on your insurance. I'm very disappointed because he totally neglected my needs during the time i was supposed to be in treatment. I've never gotten answers to any questions because the dr is busy writing you another referral but can never discuss the findings of the referrals. He's not professional at all!!! 1 star for wait time. I've NEEEEVER EEEEEVER waited less than 4 hours to get in the lobby waiting area. And then another hour or so in the patient room to see the doctor. Pretty absurd! Dr. Fordjour is a caring doctor. I have been with him for four years. He takes time to see what is going on with you. The only problem is his wait time in the lobby. I threaten to leave every time because of the wait but to be truthful he really cares. I recommend him because of his knowledge and bedside manner but be prepared to wait in the lobby for hours. The doctor is habitually late. Not by 5 minutes or 10 minutes. More like 30 minutes to an hour. I have been going here for a year and I have put up with this ( I rarely go to the doctor), but everytime I do go he is late. I did what he recommended and set up an appointment on the weekends early in morning to be seen faster and he is still late. No he is not in the office,but trying to make it in the office. To add more to the insult he showed me, as I went to the front office to get a refund, he said " come on in, I will see you quick". He was skipping the person ahead of me to "see me real quick". Like I want my appointment to be rushed. Go to your insurance provider website and you will see he has a low review. Stay away.

My first visit was great. He understand my concern and condition. Will be back, he took the time out to listen and explain himself.

I love the doctor. He's really great but if you have something to do or someplace to be after you're going to be really upset. The wait time in the waiting room and patient rooms is extremely long. I've never waited less than 2 hours with a scheduled appointment to actually see the doctor or PA.

Doctor Fordjour is very professional.

Whenever I think about going to him, I feel discouraged because of the vast amount of time spent unnecessarily waiting to be seen. You wait 1 - 1.5 hour at the lobby before your vital signs will be taken. Then sent back to the lobby to wait another 1 hour to be roomed. Finally, after you roomed, then you wait another 30 - 45 minutes to be seen by Dr. Kusi. He spent another 1 - 1.5 hours with you in the room discussing irrelevant issues about politics and current events. Total hrs spent 4-5 hrs

Looking for another doctor.. ASAP... wait time 2+ hours & Ive been told two different things.. doctor and nurse practitioner told me complete opposite information.

Do not come here!!!! My mother is a patient here and she is diabetic, her appointment was at 11:30 and wasn’t called back to a room until 1:45. She didn’t actually get seen until 2:05 by a PA (nurse practitioner). Mind you these people went to lunch and left her in the waiting area. I went inside to speak to a manager I was met by a rude receptionist, and didn’t even care when I told her my mother hadn’t ate anything and was starting to feel light headed. Waited 5 and half hours on my off day. Ridiculous! The doctor is nice, but they need to be considerate of the patients time. No one should have to wait that long to see their doctor.

Dr. Fordjour is the most caring, informative and empathetic doctor I've ever had. Yes there is a long wait time but that's because he is taking his time listening to patient concerns and issues. So charge your phone or bring a book and prepare to wait patiently and after you see how much time Dr. Fordjour spends with you or your ailing parent you will be pleased. Waited 1.5 hours in lobby then another hour and 20 minutes in the exam room before he came in. Unacceptable time wait for elderly patient.

he is my husband’s doctor and every time he need to see him he actually feel worst because of hours and hours of waiting in his clinic. One time was over five hours, and most of the times over three hours. I am waiting in the car and it has bee already two and a half hours. I don’t get it! He is already irritated and I am sure his pressure is up. This doctor needs new office staff that can plan properly.

Very good doctor. Identified health issue on the first visit, gave my sister a sample high blood pressure pill on the spot. Plus, wrote a different prescription. If you can “get over the long-long” wait It’s worth your time to see DR. Fordjour. So far his bedside manner to include his staff are hitting the mark. Answered all our questions in a clear and concise manner. Signed Sister of your patient

Horrible experience!!! Dr Fordjour took more time in typing notes than he did at checking me out to see what was causing my symptoms. He basically ignored what I was telling him that was wrong and my appt went so fast that he didn't even say goodbye. Before I knew it, I was standing in the hall way waiting to check out with the fd clerk without having any clue what was wrong with me! He event typed up someone elses diagnosis while I was suppose to have his undevided attention. He kept saying "Almost Done". He doesnt' seem to really care for his patience at all! I will never go back to him!!! He shouldn't even have a practice. Most of his staff is rude and not friendly either. Only one nurse there treated me as if she was really concerned and did everything to help me out. Alexis who works the desk was very accomodating and she made sure i got another appt as soon as possible. She gave me great customer service. I took my mom yesterday and the service was very good. The doctor took his time to check my mom and he gave my mom some medications immediately right in his office something that I have never seen before. I absolutely recommend Dr. Fordjour. Dr. Fordjour is a good doctor. He really seemed like he cared and wanted to get me well. Only bad thing is that he got a little distracted when going over everthing with me and I didn't feel as if iI had his complete attention. But for the most part it was a great visit. However all of the staff members aren't as accomodating. Dr. Fordjoour ordered one test for me but the girl that filled out the paper work did not put the correct test on there and I actually had to pay for something that wa

Excellent Dr but the wait time takes forrrrrever!

I waited 2 hours to see Dr. Fordjour. I was asked the same questions over again 3 times by different staff members including Dr. Fordjour. There were times during the few minutes spent with Dr. Fordjour that I thought he was going to fall asleep. I was just not impressed with him as a physician.
