This is absolutely the worst doctors office you could ever go to . they have the most rude front desk people . they make appts and then cancel them without your knowledge . they dont have any care for there mistakes. Most unhelpful rude staff. As usual there are no appointments available until weeks out, I was seen at urgent care and had a sonogram (a problem was found) urgent care gave me a referral to a specialist. I was at the specialist office but my primary needed to process the referral for insurance purposes. I called here and they refused even though I had test results due to me not being seen by them fine, I’ve agreed to be seen by them and leave the specialist office. I was given an appointment more than a week out. If a patient has a sonogram showing a problem and is in pain this is how you treat them. There are several offices and I’m willing to travel anywhere and under emergency circumstances you can’t accommodate me with a sooner appointment. Dr. Marciano is a great doctor and a phenomenal human being!

I normally do not do this but I feel I have to speak. I have been going to this office since 2009 and for the majority of the time my experience has been very good. I am very grateful for their services in regard to my health care. The nurses and my doctor were always very nice to me, always treated me with respect. However since the pandemic anytime I've called its like pulling teeth. I have been talking to doctors who I never met and never seen in person. I don't feel comfortable dealing with doctors in this manner. When I requested a script for blood work it took 2 weeks for the script to be emailed to me. When I called for a script for a mammogram it was explained that it had to faxed to the facility where I was going and provided the fax number to the doctor I was talking to. Two days later I was told by the facility that they never received it and I would loose my spot for the appointment. I then had to call again and the second time the facility did receive it. It is ridiculous that it took 2 phone calls for them to do this. I was told that my doctor only does phone appointments and then I heard he is semi retired. When it comes to referrals it has been a nightmare. I got charge $30 for a phone conversation in regard to a referral for my oncologist. The claim they put in stated that I in the office at the window waiting for the referral. That was a blatant lie. I have not been in that office since Match of 2020. I am disgusted and fed up. when I go a doctor's office I want to see my doctor who is supposed to be my primary doctor not doctors that do not my medical history. There are time that I call I hear laughing in the background. That is so unprofessional. I am presently looking for another doctor. I called for a new prescription for my medication and was told that i should come in for a physical and that someone would call me back in 10 minutes. That was Tuesday of this week and I never got the call. Dealing with a doctor's office should not be this upsetting. I'm sorry to leave but enough is enough. Have been going to Dr Marciano since 1996 when he first opened and now go to his office on 79th st always a pleasure to see him gets the job done and like seeing a friend

It really saddens me to write a bad review, but my mom was diagnosed with high triglycerides about two months ago, they prescribed a medicine that my pharmacy did not carry. We reached out to them for a solution like an alternative medication , and the receptionist were very rude, and could care less about finding a solution. She kept saying that she was going to let the doctor know, but I constantly called the pharmacy and there was nothing. My pharmacy has even tried to get in contact with this office so that they could send another medication, and they never help: My mom got in contact with them, and once again the receptionist was really annoyed and gave her an attitude, and even went to the office, and no help. Due to their lack of professionalism, and without the medicine my moms health has worsened and the high triglycerides have caused her blurry vision that is getting worse by the day. What is my mom to do when her general doctor isn’t helping her out. Doctor's Medical office staff very attentive and friendly -

A patient for almost 18 to 19 years I can recomend them ,they have diferentes locations, my favorite is 76st and Jamaica, I dont have to wait so much and their staff is very nice, also they are bilingual (spanish)

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Alba Donaghy. Her bedside manner was above and beyond her medical knowledge was exquisite and the way she made me comfortable was the best. I absolutely recommend her.

Although I’ve never met you. My doctor is Nancy Nieves. I’ve been going to her this month. And she disregarded me. I kept calling to find out my results. Knowing that I am deaf she was in the office and she called me while I was there to tell me my results. Why couldn’t she come out and tell me so I can better understand everything. Didn’t give me any places to go get tested. Just said go back and get tested again. Like what kind of a doctor is she if she can’t handle this pandemic. I’m going to look for a different doctor. Although everyone is the office is extremely nice towards me.

i made an appointment for 12:00 and was not seen until 12:40-45. the nurses would rather gossip than attend to you immediately. however, when i WAS seen, the nurse and doctor were both amicable people. they made friendly conversation and i was satisfied by it.

I called to renew an Rx initially. I received a call back directly from Dr. Marciano. We discussed a condition I recently went to MSK for. Dr. Marciano renewed my Rxs immediately and advised I set up an appointment for a yearly physical soon. Very relatable guy, Dr. Marciano. I'm glad he's my doctor.

Dr. Marciano has been my PCP for over 30 years and will remain so. He has always shown an interest in my well being and a dedication to assure I receive the best medical care and advise. He is personable and has a good sense of humor making him easy to talk to.

I just saw Dr Marciano for my well exam .He saw me quickly and took care of all my annual needs.I highly recommend him.

Sometimes a long wait but Dr. Marciano and fellow Doctors will give the best in health care.

I have known Dr. Marciano all my life it seems. The staff that are there with him are great! They treat you with respect and are very caring. I don't know about the ones that pick up the phone but that has nothing to do with the doctor! Dr. Marciano cares deeply for his patients & gives them all the attention they need.

Been coming here for years and I had to get a copy of my medical record (waited a little more than an hour for) and call it quits. Its not the same service anymore, wait time as long as the ER and then you get a different doctor each time now depersonalizing the experience. So sad.

I'm in the process of finding a new doctor for my child, this place is a joke, and will be reported to my health insurance. As a retired RN, I've never had to go through what I'm going through with this doctors office. You call there because your sick and you cant even speak to anyone because they put you on hold and keep you on hold without picking up.
