I would not recommend to anyone who has any medical problems, this office gives you the hardest time to get medical records/ referrals. They had a patient wait hours to be seen even though they called saying this patient has serious health problems and had to be seen right away. It was by far the worst experience/ interaction I had with a doctor office. If I could’ve, I would’ve given them a 0 star.

Not the best…. Front desk is horrible and the doctor will not care about you as much as you expect him to do. I switched to another doctor.

So I started going to dr rahman for over a year and I can’t stand this dr and his entire office staff. So I went to see the dr regarding my knee and he didn’t even bother seeing it or touch it or anything, his main concern was my blood pressure cause it was a tiny bit high due to the fact that I was in pain, did a lot before being seen so I was uncomfortable and in pain. Mind you I’ve been going to this dr for over a year and not once have I had an issue with my blood pressure. So here comes the dr with a prescription for blood pressure medication. So I asked him why and he said cause my pressure was high I explain to him perhaps it’s due to the pain I’m experiencing, and to please review my chart from day one and to see if there’s any indication that I really need this. rahman has been my primary care doctor for the past few years, however i’m going to start looking elsewhere. i’ve been dealing with bad joint and nerve pain for the past few months in my back wrist and ankles but im in my 20s, wasnt able to go due to having no insurance for a while. when i got my insurance back i was soo relieved i’d finally be able to go to rahman and figure out why i’m feeling this way and how to fix it. in the appt which lasted maybe 2 minutes i explained what was hurting and without providing diagnostics, leading questions, just said its probably “this” just stretch more ur too young to do anything about it. what?? no tests or referrals. i waited months to be hurried out of the office, i HAVE been stretching the past few months it doesnt help, HELP ME. lets try to figure out a solution on whats wrong. instead it felt like my pain wasn’t taken seriously. Never going back to this place again ! Switching this doctor from my insurance to another doctor. Never been to a doctors office where I can get disrespected and not feel welcomed by the front desk staff all because I asked for a simple letter. The Indian lady ( older looking ) who I believe is the office manager she is disrespectful, didn’t let me talk and explain what I needed and she just kept being disrespectful and yelling at me infront of everyone in the waiting room and the staff. Dr. Rahman is an excellent doctor. Although his office staff could use improvement and the wait time can be long, it’s worth the wait.

This doctor has left my husband with no medication and no explanation as to why. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR.

The receptionist here are unprofessional, rude and careless I waited 3 hours for an appointment I came 30min early for just for 3 minute conversation with the doctor who spoke so fast . I’ve come to this doctor for years and have always recommended Dr. Syed but his staff continue to become more and more incompetent. I’ve waited hours to be seen because the staff mess up in zoc doc appointments all the time and when waiting for blood test results I’m told they’ll call back in 20-30 min, knowing they were ready to close in less than 15. Great doctor and staff

Years ago I started taking my Parents to Dr. Rahman. He improved their lives by working with me to adjust their medications, as they where given to many unnecessary medications from their previous Doctor. I then desided to go to him myself and he saved my life. I was only days away from having a stroke, upon my first examination he has been a Doctor who has truly listened to me and worked with leading me to a healthy life. It was great that I got a last minute appointment the day I called and was seen within 30 minutes of arriving. The doctor is thorough, takes the time to liste. To your symptoms and will do tests immediately there like an ekg if he suspects am irregular heartbeat. Was also able to get the medication I needed that same day. Overall great experience. Horrible office staff. Takes so long to get back to you and that's AFTER you call countless times and leave messages. Ridiculous.

Dr. Rahman office staff are horrible, we did not get the lab result until 6 weeks later after calling numerous times. Worst experience ever!

He cares for his patients and take the time to explain everything. Sometimes the waiting time is long because he is booked up.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Rahman since 2005 and he has always been very attentive and personable. Dr. Rahman always gives you his honest opinion and gives you options that are most suitable for you.

Amazing doctor who listens attentively and knows what he's doing. He seems to really care about everyone that walks through the door and is friendly with both my kids and me. I've been going to him for years and never had a complaint.

Im impressed seeing this doctor with 4.2 star reviews. They never pick up the phone. I had to leave several voicemails so they could return my call weeks later. Simply impossible to get in touch with these peoples.

Unfortunately this clinic does not carry basic vaccinations on site. They require you to buy them at the pharmacy then bring it back to the clinic so the doctor can administer. He charged me for an office visit just to tell me i had to attain my own vaccination. In addition my blood work was discarded with no explanation and couldnt get full blood results, unless i paid for another doctor visit to draw blood again and wait another 2 weeks for results. His front desk assistant Orfelia was rude, unkind, not helpful and never answered the phone. It took them 4 weeks to compete a basic physical for work and they charged me $20 to fill out paper work. Since they took 4 weeks to complete a physical form for work I lost my job! Unfortunately this clinic does not carry basic vaccinations on site. Doctor is very nice, but the staff needs to do their job. Literally took 2 weeks to get my blood work results back. And when me and husband called they told us everything was fine, then they called a month later and said our vitamin D is low, when my husband ask why they didnt tell us when we called they said they didnt think it was important, even tho its not a major problem i am pregnant and would of needed to know that. Never again, only worries about payment and charging for everything but yet dont do their jobs. Doctor is very nice, but the staff needs to do their job. I have visited this facility several times, the service is great. The Nurse (Narie) that draws the blood is excellent and very caring. Her personality would keep patients here for a long time. The doctor listens attentively to his patients. The overall experience was great.

Dr Rahman has been my Dr for over 7 years - he is a great Dr, his staff is caring and patient. Dr Rahman truly cares about his patient.

Been seeing Dr. Rahman for a few years now great doctor but Unfortunately his assistant Orfelia needs to take some customer service training on how to deal with patients her rudeness and attitude need ajusting. Being courteous wont hurt it might help rating and at the same time patient referral sorry to bad the Doctor has to pay.

He has been my doctor for many years. Has been always very open and honest with my health conditions,always listens to my concerns. Love the hours and always tries to accommodate you even when there is no appointments available.

Very friendly and knowledgeable physician. I was looking for a new family doctor that takes time with his patients and I think I found him. Highly recommended for both bedside manner and medical expertise.
