I’ll never return to this doctor again. First of all, I’ve never even met the doctor even though I’ve been to this office several times. I’m always seen by different PA’s. However, that’s not the main reason I’m giving this 1 star. Recently, I was charged for a visit even though I just called to ask the doctor to send my prescription to the pharmacy. The phone call lasted under 1 minute. I called the billing office several times to get this resolved, but I couldn’t reach them. I then messaged them via their web customer service system to which they told me they’d look into it. Several weeks passed and I continued asking about it, but never got a response. I ultimately had to pay this bill out of fear they’d send it over to a collections agency. My entire experience with this doctor felt like I was being scammed. I made an appointment on Tuesday and I was asked when would I like to come in as a New patient. I stated after 430 or on a weekend. The receptionist who answered said she had 5 pm available on July 6 , I said perfect I’ll take it. I arrive at 4:20 because I knew I had to fill out paperwork come, to find out the office was closed, and no one called to notify me. I was very disappointed considering I left work early. Best doctor. Did a proper physician's exam and immediately identified the root of the problem. I was able to address the issue quickly, and return to full health in no time.

He filled in for my regular doc, when I just needed to get a prescription refill. Sent me a bill instead of my insurance... charged $45 for smoking cessation, just for asking me if I smoked and I answered yes. Seems like a scammer to me, should be locked up!

They need to be more efficient and do the blood work there,the waiting time is too long

Dr. Muraca has been my physician for over 20 years, so that alone indicates my level of trust in his abilities. Biggest downfall is wait time, and being seen by a PA, when I specifically stated who I wanted to see, then have to repeat my entire medical history over and over.
