Dr. Gregory C Zenni

I felt that Dr. Zenni was ccondescending and rude. He kept me waiting in the room almost 30 minutes and I was the only patient at the time. Then he hadn't fully reviewed my PET/CT scan so I had to wait again while he went to another room to do that. Afterwards, he accused me of self diagnosing when in fact I had been referred by my cardiologist who ordered an ultrasound and a CT scan that showed the issue I was there to see him about. I will never go back to Dr. Zenni. I only gave one star because I really can't say how good or bad of a surgeon he is since he basically refused to even exam me.

Forget about the visit. There is no communication with the office. First appointment April 2022. My insurance has denied some of this. I am told they would appeal. I spoke to my insurance today and they have not heard from them since Sept 2022. Now I have to start the deductible over. I have called at least 10 times and my doctor sent an email and still no response. The office manager said she would take care of this and will be back to me in a week. Almost 4 weeks later and nothing......still waiting!

Dr. Zenni has provided my son with not only top medical services but a genuine caring for his wellbeing. I would urge anyone needing vascular services to call Dr. Zenni..

Incredible surgeon and doctor with pleasant bedside manner. Highly recommend.
