Dr. Tajani was absolutely awful. I was hospitalized in Plano and he told me I wasn't "normal" because I opened up to him about my bisexuality. He also cut me off of my SSRI cold turkey the first night I was there and tried to put me on a high dose of another antidepressant without even speaking to me. Overall he was useless and judgemental and I was charged insane amounts of money for him to misdiagnose me. He barely listened to me and called me a drug addict. He misdiagnosed me with depression, but when I was actually diagnosed by a REAL psych it was actually BPD and Bipolar disorder. Do not recommend him AT ALL. Please please don't waste your time with someone who doesn't actually care about the people they're treating. If I could give zero stars I would.

Saw my son during a 2 week partial hospitalization program and didn’t diagnose him correctly. Waste of money!

Nice man. Gets to know his patients

I went to Springwood Psychiatric Hospital in Bedford at the age of 18 and Dr. Tajani was not my original psychiatrist. I loved my original psychiatrist but she went out of town so I was switched to Dr. Tajani. He didn't listen to anything I said or my concerns about the side effects I was experiencing from the medication he proscribed me. I have had at least a dozen psychiatrists and therapists in my 18 years of life and none of them made me feel as unimportant as he did.

Payment is a total pain in the butt. You must call during their limited business hours to pay by card or wait in line at the post office and pay by mail. Maybe if I wait I can pay the collection agency in a convenient manner.

He slept thru my sessions! Doesn't listen to me. Ridiculous!

Dr. Tajani spends just enough time with the patient, to meet the requirements of the insurance. Please believe the other reviews that say how incompetent he is. Do not trust him with your mental care or the mental care of your loved ones. I did not get his name until my loved one was released from the hospital, or I would have checked into him sooner. Please care more about your family and friends than to allow him to "care" for them.

Dr. Tajani was “responsible” for my mother’s care at Springwood In Bedford. He discharged a woman who could not remember conversations that took place 3 hours prior and did not even fully understand where she was, without once talking with family members or bothering to find out what kind of support system my mom had in place or where she would go. I tried several times to speak with anyone on her care team with no response.
