Dr. Jerry Lee Lugger

I've had no experience with this doctor but my daughter has and let's just say things didn't go the way he said they would go he didn't perform the surgery that he said he was going to do. I feel like my own personal my own personal feeling that he did not treat my daughter right and she is now going through hell undoing what he's done granted this could have happened from any doctor but it didn't it happened here. This is coming from a manager of another office, the staff is horrendous! They talk to you like you're stupid and would never refer a patient here, EVER!!

I can’t give a positive review unfortunately. If I could give no stars I would. I went to see this Dr under a workers comp case where my situation was explained in advance. I also re-explained the situation during my visit. I just needed some wounds closed up from a prior back surgery that had to be reopened due to an infection. After months of wound vacs I was ready to be closed up completely. Went for my visit. Seemed to go well making plans discontinued the wound vacs and plan for surgery after he spoke with my back surgeon. That afternoon my normal wound care had no orders to remove wound vacs. Called his office and he was going to be out until Thursday. Today was Monday. He knew in advance I had wound care mon, wed and fridays and would get in touch with my wound care company to change orders that day. Had to get a verbal. The next day I am told his order was incomplete. I also get a call from his office they are not going to see me because it is their policy not to see someone who had prior surgery. Why see me in the first place not knowing this. I did not have plastic surgery previously I just needed the wounds closed. So now I have no orders for care of my wounds and no surgeon to close me up. How can a professional leave a person needing care without any in a predicament like this. Very disappointing this is allowed to happen. I can’t give a positive review unfortunately. The outside is beautiful. I have had 2 surgerys with doctor Lugger he does great work.

Dr. Jerry L. Lugger, was on the list of preferred specialists of my medical network. I went online to research his credentials and patient reviews. His credentials were impressive and his experience as a highly skilled surgeon was confirmed as well. There was a negative review from several years previous that initially concerned me, but after speaking with him by phone, I decided to give him benefit of the doubt. On my initial visit, we discussed my previous two carpal tunnel surgeries and impending ulnar entrapment condition. He was patient and professional in addressing all my inquiries, and clearly explained multiple recommended treatment options. On my next appointment, I was treated with the least invasive procedure to accelerate recovery time and to observe the healing progress. If a more aggressive treatment is required in the future, I trust Dr. Lugger to perform the necessary procedure. In conclusion, my experience with Dr. Jerry L. Lugger was a very positive one. I've had outstanding experiences with office visits and my hand surgery. Dr. Lugger educated me about my issues, solutions and options and took time to answer all my questions. He is professional, communicative and I trust both his knowledge and skill.
