This office is awful. My mother was diagnosed with cancer and was referred to one doctor at this location. That doctor passed her off to another doctor at the same location just because my mom had seen this other guy a couple of times well over a decade ago. Ever since this has happened the office has failed for almost a month now to get back in touch with an appointment which seems like medical negligence considering cancer is a time bomb and this office has been contacted both by us and by my mom's oncologist numerous times. They still have failed to set anything up and if they don't want the case they need to refer her elsewhere. Again this is medical negligence.

Harold was more than professional and efficient.

Dr. Rutila did an excellent job with robotic partial nephrectomy on March 18th. I was so well recovered and released in AM on March 20th. My only complaint is that Dr. did not come out to update my husband post surgery. Other than that, my BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS ABOUT HIS OFFICE STAFF. Do not expect good treatment when calling to set up an appointment. You will go thru three layers of phone screening before you reach an answering machine for the Doctors scheduler who never calls back the same day. If she calls you back and gets your voicemail, she leaves only a message to call HER back with the tone in her voice that you’re plugging up her day with so much to do. I can’t with these office people. Their lives are their only concern yet they handle VERY SERIOUS MATTERS for patients with life threatening conditions. Patients must decide if they can deal with terrible, insulting, too-busy-for-you office help to get services from a pretty good, worth-it doctor. Otherwise this would be a four star review. Dr. Rutila did an excellent job with robotic partial nephrectomy. I was so well recovered and released in AM on March 20th. My only complaint is that Dr. did not come out to update my husband post surgery. Other than lacking bedside manner, my BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS ABOUT HIS OFFICE STAFF. Do not expect good treatment when calling to set up an appointment. Rude receptionist-makes no sense why new patient paperwork cannot be filled out beforehand. When asked if it could be faxed to me instead of coming in 30 minutes early with a 13 month old I was told no that couldn’t be done that their policy is to come in early for paperwork.

I was not happy with the reviews of the first doctor they had scheduled me we, so I contacted my doctor to let her know and if there was anyone she could recommend. She stated that one of the doctors had gone to Dr. Rutila and were pleased with how they were treated and the treatment they received. Glad I spoke up and am pleased with my first visit.
