Hasina Hussain

This review is in behalf of my nieces and Godson. I feel that as a nurse it is my duty to inform this practice of the unethical behavior Dr. Hussain’s clinical staff treated my family horrible. Asking her to leave with her sick kid simply b/c her doctor was on vacation. There was another provider that could have seen the child, she ended up THANKFULLY being seen by the on site provider. But of course not without being told multiple times to leave and embarrassed in front of other patients in waiting room. An office manager needs to handle this for violating HIPAA and simply just Poor customer service and patient care. This review is in behalf of my nieces and Godson. Its been a year since I had my daughter...so far it's okay. But front desk poor customer service!

I do not like this pediatrician. It took my baby sick and it was going and wasting time. They did not give me a prescription to buy medicine for my baby and it got better. My baby with fiabre and they did not give me anything for him either. I do not recommend it

The worst doctor. I have my baby and on several occasions he became ill. I went to the doctor to give her medicine because she had a fever and did not want to eat. She only told me that this was normal for her age and she did not give me anything. I changed doctors because they did not want to help me and it turns out that my baby had a throat and ear infection. This doctor said everything was fine. The worst doctor. Great doctor and excellent healthcare probider but wait times are over an hour to see a doctor despite an appointment. It would be nice if patient time is equally respected.

Awful place! Do not take your children here! Unfortunately they are one of few doctors that accept Medicaid in Allen, but I will gladly drive to Plano or McKinney from here on out! We have three children that come here, and every time we come, we wait at least 45 min past our appointment time just to get in the back! Every time you walk in the door it stinks of unpleasant Indian Cusiane like no one has cleaned a refrigerator out in months! Terrible, terrible place and it shut be closed down!

Awful experience! I've taken my daughter 2 times now because her regular doctor was out of town. Last week I took my daughter and she was running a fever for a couple of days and her ear was inflamed and red. This doctor didn't want to prescribed antibiotics even though my baby needed some stat! Today, I took her back but thankfully my baby's Doctor is back.. Now she has a bad double ear infection and strep!! Not going back to see this doctor again! She doesn't listen to the parents.

Worst pediatrician ever!! Took my daughter a week ago and even though she needed antibiotics she didn't prescribed any. Today I took her to her pediatrician and my daughter has double ear infection and strep! It's been a week and she's been running a fever! Never going back to see dr Hussein

I have been bringing my 2 kids to see her for 3 years now. She is smart, caring and puts my kids at ease.
