Don’t let the title “Dr.” fool you. Helen Bayne is the worst therapist I’ve ever been to. Her approach and advice is outdated and, honestly, pretty detrimental to people trying to receive help. I definitely do not recommend her at all. No therapy is actually better than going to her. I sincerely mean that.

I tried to make an appointment. She offered me a time and then double booked. She didn't get back to me for days and then says "want me to look for another" I have been struggling with depression for the past several years. I can barely get out of bed or do anything. I finally was able to motivate myself enough to make an appointment and then this happens. I would not recommend her to anyone. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of those struggling with mental illness.

Wow!! What do I say, but thank you. I knew no one moving to South Carolina and was fortunate enough to find Helen. She is not only a great therapist, listener but a great person. I have had therapist before, but not this great. I am truly lucky to have hit the jackpot!!! Helen you are the best!! Thank you. Sheila
