Whenever I need to speak to someone concerning my health the phone is picked up and a real person answers. Usually its Dr. Siena Shields that I talk to, however the staff knows who I am and what I am dealing with . I feel confident that I am in very good hands with a competent supporting team. Thank you to the Dr. and her entire team. Kudos.

I always know I'm covered if there is a medical problem. Only a phone call away to an answer. All my records are kept so that any specialist can get info and send info to my MDVIP Doctor . I feel at easy about my medical care

Dr Alford is a wonderful physician—she is very kind and concerned. My husband and myself have seen her since we moved to Conway. We receive excellent care by her and her staff. Dr Alford is very knowledgeable in all areas of her medical expertise. She gives us great sound advice. Her nurse Christy is an excellent nurse—kind and patient and very proficient. The office staff Cindy and Joyce do a great job—very organized and kind. We feel very fortunate to able to receive such excellent care at this practice.

Dr. Alford is simply the best doctor I have seen since moving to this region. She is attentive and considerate of my (all too many and complex) concerns and conditions.

Alvays available when needed and spends time listening to your concerns. Great staff.

I am so thankful for Dr. Alford and her team! Dr. Alford is patient, kind, professional and knowledgeable! She takes the time to help my husband and I through whatever problem we have and genuinely cares! I did not anticipate needing to call her on the weekend or after hours, but when we did need her, she answered the phone, walked us through what we needed to do and scheduled the necessary tests for first thing the next business day. There was no answering service and no delay, SHE answered the phone! I am extremely impressed with the level of care she provides and it is a welcome change to our recent experience with other providers. The wait times for appointments are minimal and they always greet you with a smile! My husband and I appreciate Dr. Alford and her team for taking such great care of us! Dr Alford is the answer to prayer. I had been going to my previous provider for years and could not figure out why I felt dizzy so often. Dr Alford was able to immediately diagnose me correctly so that my symptoms improved. She is available anytime I need her and responds quickly. Dr Alford is my second MD VIP physician. I did not think I would ever feel as good about another physician as I did mine in NY. But I soon found out I could. I have been with Dr. Alford now for 4 years She is everything I needed, knowledgeable, caring, proactive, really on top of things. She even checks on my husband when I am there who happens to be in a nursing home. She has a terrific staff. Would highly recommend

Dr Alford is Easily accessible 24 hours a day. She never sounds like she’s in a rush or needs to hurry you up. She always says I have plenty of time for you. This practice goes over and above board to help the patients in anyway they can. I love everything about Dr Siena Shields Alford’s practice!!!
