Dr. Juresek is personable yet professional. Listens to my concerns and tells me my options clearly.

While Dr Jurasek himself is a good caring doctor after 20 years as a patient I will go elsewhere. I needed an approval/clearance from my primary physician (Dr Jurasek) for a radical prostatectomy when I called they refused to book an appointment until I paid an outstanding balance of $40. This is the first I learned of this balance and have always paid my bills. A little research and it looks like this was a balance from 2X $20 co-pays from virtual visits.. I called back with CC and cleared the debt. If this were a standard/routine office visit I wouldn't be so disappointed. It's not! This is serious to my health. If these policies don't bother you Dr Juasek will probably be a good choice. I have since booked an office visit with a new general DR.(different clinic) Whoever runs the clinic is probably to blame for these tactics however I'm not there to see the clinic I'm there to see Dr Jurasek. Dr. Jurasek is the best primary care doctor I've ever had. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He is an excellent listener and very compassionate. He genuinely cares about your health and makes you feel like a valued patient. I would recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Jurasek explains things to me. He is a nice person. He doesnt rush through the appointment.

I have been trying to help an 81 y/o male patient of over 20 yrs with this MD as PCP to fix a misunderstanding that occured because of the pandemic and face to face appointment required for med refills. Front staff convinced doctor to cancel him as a patient as the solution to their inadequacies. Wow! Please don't go here. No service or compassion during a pandemic. He wants to talk to the doctor directly and the front staff won't let him. Front staff is allowed too much power and control to make decisions that only MD should be making. Very sad.

Firms opinion without getting facts

So far a million times better then my previous doctor plus they offer and after hours clinic and an Saturday clinic. Real people actually answer the phone and your not talking to an answering machine waiting sometimes days for a call back. Staff is horrible. Anita demands that I make a no lab / no physical appointment less than 3 months before my annual physical is due - or they will not refill my prescriptions - blame it on malpractice insurance. Dr. Jurasek backed her up. Family Health PC is a giant money grab organization - very interested in maximizing billing. They don't respond to requests submitted online for refills...if they are going to require you to come in...they just ignore the requests until you call.

Dr. Jurasek is a very efficient doctor! I am in and out very quickly, which is fantastic.

Dr Jurasek was horrible. The nurse told me he had an appointment and rushed me out of the office. When I called to complain and let them know that I didn't have enough time to describe The trouble I was having Dr Jurasek said maybe I should find another doctor. Which I did. Their front desk people have a very bad attitude as well. You're paying for his nice coffee machine and beautiful saltwater fish tank not his service. Dr Jurasek was horrible. Dr. Jurasek himself was very nice and seemed very concerned about what I had going on, unfortunately for him, his staff is absolutely horrible. The front desk staff is terribly rude. They say they're going to do something and they don't. I asked for the information to set myself up with a patient portal online as the office pretty much wants you to do all the work for them through the portal and they told me they would e-mail it to me and I never got the e-mail. When I called back to get it at 4:30 PM on a Friday, they told me they were the night staff and they didn't know how that worked and I'd have to call back. So while I personally think Dr. Jurasek is great, his staff is ruining his reputation. Dr. H Jurasek is amazing! He listens and is very compassionate. I also like that he explains everything so I can understand. But be careful of Anita she slightly Alters Scripps with words and dates that don't make sense how the doctor wrote the prescription. She is also very untruthful.
