Got up at 4 AM to take my loved one to the hospital to get a MRI It was called in as an MRI insurance approved the MRI Rachael Kelly gave the prescription as a X-Ray was advised by the MRI technician it was in their computer as a MRI took the doctor from 8 am to 1pm to call back to say she has to check Wow unbelievable

Amazing with the elderly.

I had Dr. Jurasek's Nurse Practitioner Rachael Kelley who assessed my broken foot and I was never told their recommendation for not to drive. It was negligent. I called to ask for a prescription for a temporary handicap parking. I explained that I need to work. I live by myself, and have no family in state to help and she still rejected my request. I don't see any empathy in her and definitely had been very inconvenient! I recommend finding another medical professional.
