Ilana Rachshtut

She was the most opinionated, ill-informed doctor I've ever had. Gave bad advice, didn't keep up with the latest research, and often didn't know what she was talking about.

Dr. Ilana A. Rachshtut, MD, is an EXCELLENT doctor. When she moved from one practice to another I switched medical service providers in order to maintain her services. So here is a little more data; [1] # of years a patient = 10 + [2] # medical service providers I am comparing against = 3 or 4 [3] Charactetististics I value = (a) She a level of honesty/ authenticity I value that is oriented towards looking out for the patient. I have pretty acute perceptive abilities when it comes to reading people and she is trustworthy. ---Concrete ex. If she thinks something is beyond her range of expertise she recommends that I see a specialist. (b) She is humane. (c) I know that she personally likes Psychiatry alot and in paticular is good and likes working with patients that have for ex. ADHD, anxiety. I also know that she is good with older patients for ex in cases where perhaps the patient is interested in lowering a dosage amount. She also is a good trouble shooter for patients that say have (5) perscriptions. I remember her once telling me that you really have to consider each of them carefully and the cumulative effects and interactions. I recall her telling me once that often the problem is that the situation has not been thoroughly evaluated when the precriptive doses were given. She is good with this sort of investigative and questioning behavior as opposed to just writing a script and pushing you out the door. Whenever I return she is ALWAYS reevaluating the situation. Great drs and staff

Dr is amazing. Knowledge, treatment and care are exceptional.

I highly recommend Dr Rachshtut .She is the best. She completely cares for all of her patients and checks in regularly to make sure you are ok. She is amazing !

Does not work well with patients. Does not work with patients , especially when patients were with another doctor, then she takes over and wants to change everything. She is rude, sounds like a child yelling at you, and again , does not take the time to work with ppl. Expects them to jump to her demands, judgmental of patient. Anyway that is how she treated me, and I will not tolerate that kind of behavior, so I left . Does not work well with patients. I have been a patient of this facility for 14 years, Dr. Baney was my first doctor. Great doctor. Then Dr. Rachshtut I have great experiences. All the Dr. and staff are amazing.

Everyone is great at this office I have been going to this office for over 10 years and can't say I've had one bad experience with them. Everyone is very friendly and very professional!!

Superb family Doctor

I highly recommend Dr Rachshtut . She is well qualified and cares about her patients. She takes the time to understand your concerns and needs and responds in a positive manner. She has worked with me through two strokes and bladder cancer. I have no concerns about the quality of my health care as long as she is my doctor.

All she does is send her patients for test and prescribe medication. She has no recollection of previous conversations. She's very quick to blame the patient for everything.
